Used their sprinkler winterize/blow out service for 2 seasons. The first season we had 1 freeze blowout in the spring. This spring we have 4 freeze blowouts! 3 of them all on one station, and 1 on a different station. Definitely not using them again. read more

I live in East Centennial, so they referred me to Branden. He aerated my lawn twice this past year and recently fertilized and power raked. I know nothing about maintaining a yard in Colorado, but I'm learning and experimenting as I go. Branden is great. He discusses options in detail and makes recommendations for what you can do on your own. He has always been easy to reach and available to work within a few days. Unfortunately, my schedule tends to be all over the place so appointments can be difficult to plan for, but thankfully Steve was kind enough to stop by and complete the aeration while I was away. I just had EZ Aeration do my lawn this morning and they did a great job. The plugs pulled were more than expected and no skimping where that is concerned. This service was recommended on Next Door and YELP I can see why. I have a fairly large yard and the price of 50.00 was reasonable. You can find cheaper but not better. I would highly recommend Ez Aeration! They were really easy to schedule my aeration with, did a great job and are very reliable and friendly. I scheduled with them and received a text the morning they were to come, saying they had two houses ahead of my job and then would be at my house. They came shortly thereafter. They did a ton of plugs (yay!) and I won't be using anybody other than Ez Aeration in the future! Just fyi - I made the horrible mistake of scheduling with Mile Hi this past spring. Let me save you the headache and tell you it was a nightmare - don't ever go with them. Just had Steve return to aerate my lawn for this year. He and his co-worker did an excellent, thorough job. It wasn't easy to work around the thick tree roots in the back, but they muscled through the entire yard, going to the edges, no missed spots. I added fertilizer this year, and am glad I did. After they were done with aerating and fertilizing, they used a leaf blower to clear the driveway and sidewalks so there would be no staining of the concrete, and no plugs to step on. Owner does a sloppy job, very unprofessional. He leaves grass clippings all over the sidewalks and driveway. Half the time I have to re-mow because the mower is set too high. Sometimes he doesn t even weed whack if it appears no one is home. Curses a lot at the equipment. I'd rather pay a 10 year old to mow my grandmother s lawn. read more
