Over-priced, broke more than they fixed, and tried to scare me into buying more than I needed.

I needed a company to fix a mess caused by the neglect of the first company I hired. Tim's responded to my request for a quote within minutes and were able to come out the same morning. Jonny assessed the yard, recommended that repositioning some sprinkler heads and adding new ones would most likely be all that was needed. I was afraid we were going to have to replace sod that had been planted just last month. Then he told me he was pretty sure he could get the work done that afternoon. He provided a very reasonable quote and agreed to confirm with me as soon as possible if he could start that afternoon. He did, finished exactly when he said he would, and did a great job. Have not had the best experience here. I messaged the company after winter to turn on my sprinkler system again and adjust the heads as needed because some spots weren't getting any water. Long story short, they tried to charge me double when they got here from what I was quoted (ok mix up at the office, that happens) and they did end up honoring the original price. The biggest problem was that they never adjusted any of the heads, they literally just turned the water back on. I have brown spots all over my lawn, a few sprinkler heads are completely shot, and there was a leak out of a spigot which they just left and had to come back and fix. Just a bunch of headaches and now I need to call another company to actually do the work I wanted from them. read more

We had our sprinklers blown out and the men arrived promptly and called ahead of arrival. They were efficient, helpful and friendly. They didn't know I had asked for two sprinklers to be repaired so didn't bring any tools or parts and I had also asked for information on adding a line which they also didn't know about. Tim is an ethical business man that does the right thing and stands behind his group's work. I just wish he wasn't so popular! It's hard to book at seasonally busy times. Highly recommend Tim's Sprinkler. They came out to repair a split supply pipe between the house and back flow prevemnter and a leaking ball valve on the other side of the back flow preventer. I had some trenching with in my years and it cut the sprinkler lines in many places. The winter also damaged the back flow values. In about an 2 hour they had the lines repaired and vslue replaced. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this crew. read more

I had a sprinkler system put in this summer, and it was an overwhelming process. Tim completed the estimate, and bent over backwards to fit in the installation around some travel I was doing this summer. He did a good job of explaining the work that would need to be done. I thought the price that he gave me was very fair. He navigated some issues with the install (where the water main was relative to the city pipes, etc) and it did not slow down the job or add to the cost. The one thing I can say is that it can be difficult to hear back via phone promptly, but other than that, I am very happy with the sprinkler system overall. It works very well and Tim was great about coming back as needed to make alignment adjustments to the system. read more

So, like a dumbass I waited until the last minute to schedule a sprinkler blowout, and it was October and nobody in Denver Metro would even return my calls or reply to my emails for help. Tim was the only one who did reply to me but only to inform me I was too far out of his service area for a blowout. I then offered him $35 on top of his normal sprinkler blowout rate to come out. Instead of taking the extra money he agreed to come and do it because I was in a pinch. Even though he knew I was desperate, he didn't take advantage of the opportunity. Stand-up move. Reached out to Tim December 2020 to deal with a sprinkler system leak. He was fast to respond and came to the house the following day. Problem was solved by replacing an old gate valve (think wheel you turn) with a more reliable ball valve (lever). His fee was reasonable. Like others, I have his number in my phone now. Our guy came out to winterize the irrigation. He took the time to show me how to bleed excess water from the lines inside the house. Really helpful and friendly guy who grew up here in the Castle Tock area. Also recommended fertilizer best for Colorado lawns and laid out a plan in the Spring for bringing the lawn back in a couple of bare areas. All for $55. Are you kidding me? We moved here from FL a year ago and now have our permanent lawn guy. He even has a degree in horticulture, which I'm guessing makes him overqualified to provide Aaron Rodgers medical advice. Prompt initial response to my yelp request for a sprinkler blowout before the season's first hard freeze. Didn't respond after that, but I called and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Major points there! They gave us a 2 hour window but were still a little late.
