This business is predatory, untrustworthy and they will not take accountability for their mistakes. My current dentist says that I'll need to get the crown replaced and told me four months ago that it is bizarre that dr Harmon provides such a substandard level of care. I asked Charmaine to send me the treatment plan that Dr. Mickel was proposing. She failed to send it to me. I asked her to send me the professional fee services for their in-network services with my dental provider. To date I have not received this.
