I recently tried Preeti 's facials for the first time based on word of mouth recommendations. I had not found the perfect place to get a facial done regularly as they either lacked genuine interest in providing service , were too commercial or great quality was only available at an unreasonable prices. I have had many good facials at optimal prices in Southeast Asia. Hence I do have quite an expectation of what a facial should be like. LOVE PREETI!!! I was looking for someone to do eyebrow threading because of a reaction I have to waxing. I wanted to find someone that I could generally discuss my skincare and beauty regimen. I hate salons that make you feel like you're in an assembly line and although they pretend to care, generally don't. After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give Preeti a try. Her website clearly states she prefers email as her contact method. I emailed her and got a response within hours. I'm not sure about the other reviewers because I have never had to wait long for a response from her. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter. She did such a fabulous job that I made an appointment for a facial and we are now both regular customers. Her pricing was very reasonable, everything was clean and well kept. Preeti was easy to talk to and is such a sweetheart! Keep in mind that Preeti has limited hours and her salon is at her home. I knew this from her website before I made an appointment so I am not sure why people are upset about this. Her hours work best for me and you can build rapport with your beautician because it is only her. If you aren't comfortable with limited hours and a business at home I suggest you go to a large salon and become a number. Personally, I'll stick with Preeti. read more

She is always on time for her appointments and flexible with scheding. On her website, she mentioned to email her for making appointments. I did email her on a Monday morning requesting for an appointment. I did not receive any response so I ended up calling her at the end of the day. She answered the phone and told me that she is busy on Tuesday and Wednesday, but she has availability on Thursday. When I asked her for the time slot, she told that she will have to look up her calendar and get back to me. She also told me that the best way to make an appointment is through emailing her (which I already did :) but didn't get a reply). She didn't get back to me with the time slot until Thursday morning. So I ended up emailing her again to find out whether she is available that evening. Nopes, no reply. I'd rather go to number of other beauticians in town who treat customers right. read more

Not sure why Google is saying she is closed, but she is definitely open and in a new location. I was a little hesitant to go to someone's home to get my eyebrows threaded, but she has a room set aside and a very professional setup (studio bed, all of the right tools , etc).I have very thick eyebrows and am very particular about how they are done, and Preeti did a great job. She left them thick just cleaned them up without altering the shape, per my request. I am new in town and was appalled to see the prices at surrounding salons, but Preeti charges a great price and does a fantastic job. Preeti saved my eyebrows! They were stuck in the late 90s when brows had to be as thin as possible. She has helped keep their shape as they've filled back in. Preeti's salon is in her home, but she is clean and professional. She is a pro at threading and has an eye for getting the right eyebrow shape. I started going to Preeti when I was in high school. I loved her from the minute I met her. Not just because of her attitude towards her clients but also because it is not that painful when she threads my eyebrows etc. After going away to college for 4 years I dealt with other women who threaded entire eyebrows away, cut me, left holes in the middle of my eyebrows and I have consequently spent over a year trying to get my brows back. It's been a process but Preeti has been an absolute miracle worker. She has a great eye for a persons brow shape based on their face shape and eyebrow characteristics (eg. thickness, shape, growth rate).
