The facilities were beautiful and the staff and even other clients were extremely friendly. People must me masked and they temperature check you before you are allowed in. The pedicure area is two stations and small and cozy. They do have the plastic shield in place between you and the technician. They really take their time in every step and it is very relaxing. My gel Polish lasted three weeks and my pedicure was still in good shape over six weeks later. I'm convinced that is because of the amount of time they take on each client. The one downside is that it can take awhile to get an appointment. I was using a Groupon, so I think that made a difference, but it was over a month from when I called before they had their first available mani/pedi appointment.
