I've needed to call my insurance on several occasions to do their job for them, and have been told repeatedly by my insurance that "the doctors office should really be doing this work". The elderly librarian-looking woman is also very unfriendly. Which I wouldn't mind, if she did her job properly. She also became extra rude when I asked for the information needed to check coverage on my own. She knows she should be doing this, and gets cranky when a patient knows enough to realize the work hasn't been done and wants to do it on their own. Worst of all worlds.

This eventually lead to me throwing my back out and then a long 2 weeks time recovering from it. I was miserable! I cannot express how amazing Aaron is at what he does! He compassionately listened to my issues and was able to know exactly how best to treat me. I repeated asked mul times a day for some warmer clothes as I was freezing. you are only given one blanket. Ms. Misha gave me a second blanket to try to warm up but the unit was soooo cold and you couldn't take blankets into the rec area. On Monday the nurse yelled at me to "cover my legs " as shorts were not permitted. I was given paper scrubs that fell down over my behind. Other gender neutral people were still permitted to just wear shorts!! On Tuesday (5 days in facility) a BHA offered me a size 20 pair of pants, 5x pair of pants and 3x and 2x pair of pants. I asked him his waste size and added 10 to his number then asked "Could you wear tho pants without a belt?" he responded negatively. The people leading the groups were fantastic! however bring warm clothing and expect not to sleep as they constantly wake you up to ask you to show your bracelet.

I walked in 5 minutes late becaus I was lost in the building (I walked into the building 5 min before appt, and no directions were given for the building layout) and they wouldn't allow me in to my appointment. Never mind the fact that I had a real reason to see the doctor. I understand needing to keep a schedule, but 5 minutes is hardly late, and they didn't try to call to check on my status. They clearly just wanted to pack the schedule. Instead, they lost a patient, lost the insurance billing, and I'm at a loss for taking care of my medical need. Very disappointing. It's also appears to be a major issue with this office because many of the low star reviews say the same thing. Please look through the Yelp and Google reviews to see that this is not a one-off complaint. This is a very poor representation of medical care or woman prioritization. They do not want to actually see patients or accommodate the poor directions or complicated building.

First, their website says "Walk ins welcome", so swung by when I was in the neighborhood to check it out. The lady at the front counter gave me the third degree for not setting an apt before I came. I apologized and said I was just following their site that said walk ins were welcome. She said she understood, but despite their site saying that, it was my fault and I wasn't being realistic?? So fast forward, from there, I met with a provider and they took blood samples to determine my levels of testosterone and thyroid hormone. They said results would be back in a week and to call if I didn't hear from them. So 12 days later, nothing...I called them and they apologized and said they'd have someone call me in the next few min...nothing again... So I called 2 days later (14 total days) and after a lengthy hold, a nurse practitioner came on and apologized and said the reason they never called me back is because they never got any results. I asked why not, and they said they ran the wrong tests and didn't have any relevant info for me. So, in their error, they decided it was best to not follow up with me versus calling me to own up to their mistakes. They offered to "get me in ASAP" and to cover the cost of the next round of tests, but said it would be 1-2 weeks again before I had results. I told them to forget it...I can't trust my health to people as incompetent as those as Revitalized Health.
