I have been getting highlights for twenty years, I know sometimes it gets dry. I also noticed a jagged and uneven cut. I have since put on a mask three times and the ends are still fried. I reached out to Amanda this morning with a picture that clearly shows not only the fried hair but the horrible cut and asked for a refund. The response I got wasn't even from her and didn't even have a name on it. They just made another appt for me to come back in!! Why would anyone in their right mind go back after Amanda did such a horrible job and wouldn't even respond to my request for a well-deserved refund? There's $400 down the drain!!! Book an appt at your own risk!! Update: The manager, still don't know their name, offered me a refund for the haircut, the cheapest service. I agreed to the cut and tip to be refunded. But, Im still out $300 for burned, shabby looking hair. No apologies from the stylist or the salon. I just received a response from the owner on Google. In response to the owner, it looked fine when I left. Amanda hot ironed and you couldn't see the chopped cut. So, it does reflect perfectly. I tried to mask my hair at my own cost, why would I let a stylist touch my hair again after she did that? YOU would never accept that for your own hair, why should I? And I sent a very clear picture of the cut. You don't need to examine it in person!

Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well.
