I notified the front nicely and a more senior gal came out, got my hair to tease up and get some volume but the same thing happened- my hair fell (and I expect my hair to be no different than the majority fine hair other women have). I made the appointment a month ahead of time over the phone and we checked in with ease. The staff quickly greeted us and we waited for our turn. The shampoo and conditioning felt so nice as they massage your scalp. You then choose which style you would like based on your length of hair from a picture menu.
