After not hearing back, I emailed him on Monday, 5/3/21 asking for an update...no response. On 5/6/21, still not having a response from our loan officer, I receive an automated email stating we have new documents to sign. I log in to find a "Loan Denial". Tried calling, emailing...no response! I don't know how we went from "closing in 2 days" to "denial". Between the fact that they completely ghosted me and this last minute switch, I want it known what a shady company they are!
