They also required very pertinent information to be left off of closing paperwork. We reached out to Victoria, the CEO of the company. She only pointed fingers at the paperwork we signed, and the things we had to do towards making loan payments, even though we are not living in the purchased home most of which we already knew. She took no responsibility for her company or Joseph or showed any empathy for our horrible situation. We did email her later and went unanswered. These are NOT fiduciaries Certainly weren't ours!
