The first invoice was $1,000. for evaluation and dryer vent cleaning. The second invoice was $900. for plumbing evaluation and to clean a clogged shower drain. This is the first negative review I've written on line. But I would not recommend them.

He was here for some time as he worked meticulously, but he was professional, courteous, and an incredibly respectful young man! He included us in the process, communicating everything he was doing and why, explained the entire process knowledgably and helpfully. The weather wasn't great so the lawn was wet, but Erik literally wiped his feet every single time and even wore booties to protect our floors. He cleaned up everything prior to leaving and was even kind to our (very nosy and distracting) pets! I had to come on here and brag about him and the services, because he did just a stellar job!!! Dave immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and ordered the replacement part. He kept me updated every step of the way and he immediately came to my house to install the new part as soon as it had been received. We've got warm air again!

That's right, basically a glorified walk-in closet with dreams. We requested a simple 110/120v unit, nothing fancy, just something to keep us from melting in the summer or freezing into popsicles in the winter. You know, the basics. The quote? $5,212. FIVE. THOUSAND. TWO HUNDRED. TWELVE. DOLLARS. I wasn't asking for the gold-plated, whisper-quiet, sings-you-to-sleep-at-night model... just something that plugs in and blows air. So yeah. Message received. When the part arrived, it took the tech about 15 minutes to install the new motor. Charged me about $700 to install. THAT'S $2800 AN HOUR! RIDICULOUS! James was quick to come to our home and look around and make drawings of our floor plan with windows and doors and all the measurements. He inspected the basement to determine duct runs and advised us on electrical wiring requirements for the system he was going to quote. His price for the amount of work we thought was reasonable so we gave him to go ahead. While he couldn't start immediately he stayed in contact to let us know how his schedule was progressing and when he would start. The system is up and running in 4 days and is doing great. James is also peculiar about cleaning up after his work. One thing that we discovered is that James is a down to earth honest guy that we trusted and did not worry at all having him in our home while we were out and about. That is important to us.
