Unfortunately one bad apple spoils the bunch and I'll be seeking care elsewhere as I no longer trust this clinic after symptoms of walking pneumonia were missed as the focus was a patient admonishment for not following up on referrals. Who works for who?? I thought medical staff were there for compassionate and ethical care of patients. Apparently not; as nurse Penny seems to be  running the show.
