Asked for the route supervisor, told he's not in. Asked to have him call me. Still waiting. I will not drag my cans 100 feet to an intersection and leave them in front of someone else's home. I paid for the service, WTF RAD? Can we get another disposal firm for this area? After all that, a recycling truck appears on my street and accepts the waste. YaHoo. The person who answered the phone was able to look it up and they found out that two days prior they had two trash trucks breakdown, and that they were all one day behind and their pick ups. She stated that it would be picked up by the end of the day, which is 6 PM for them and indeed it was.! They are very reliable.! I would highly recommend them.

When I say trash, I don't mean because they pick up trash, it's because they are trash. They frequently miss containers during pick-up and you have to wait till the next week to have it picked ups. They leave cans tipped over in the street as well as garage the spill. I've seen their trucks damage traffic signals on right turns when they drive over the sidewalks and fail to stop for red lights. I can see why it is "unclaimed" on Yelp. No one would ever want to claim this place. They have business because it is a monopoly in the area. That's all. You don't have to strive for excellence when you have no competition. Horrible service, horrible company.

I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. There seemed to be plenty of space between my car and the dumpster and/or the vehicle they used to remove it. It's hard for me to believe the driver didn't notice, or acknowledge, what happened to my car. It's the first thing I noticed this afternoon when I walked to my car. Please see pictures attached. It's also to be noted i have yet to talk to someone at the company. That will happen in the morning, and I will report the results here. It's been a day. Assuming the homeowner hasn't notified them, but I've gotten no rezone.
