I am currently talking with their support on charges for the top teir membership for months which they never linked to my email/online account. When I logged on, it said I had no membership and there was no way to cancel. So I assumed that there was no membership. Now they are denying a refund for the membership charges for 5 months eventhough it was RangeUSA error. Thankfully I have full screen caps of my portal saying no membership, email strings with their support saying they wont fix the problem and their policy saying that The only way to cancel a membership is online through my account portal. I don't have the requisite attention span for any of those auction firearm sites, either, so I was starting to feel like I might be shiitake out of luck. But then, a google search while I was waiting at the laundromat revealed that Vance Outdoors had my model in stock! There was even a cursory guide to buying firearms via the Internet on the site itself, which was extremely helpful as I had never purchased a firearm before. Due to my general incompetence, I was still a bit confused. I called the Online Help number listed on the site. Usually when I call a store like this, I'm on hold for at least 10 minutes and there are about 5 "Let me transfer you"s. Not so with Vance Outdoor! They picked up on the second ring and got me to the right department within a minute. Having worked retail before, I am able to appreciate how insanely fast that is. Hot damn, Vance Outdoor! Greg from the internet team is phenomenal. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning the FFL transfer and give me some helpful tips about my purchase.
