Disappointed. Customer service was not good. Called several times before anyone answered. Asked a few questions and they were short/rude answers. My team of 4 joined another team of 4 strangers (that ended up being really cool) and we did Jailbreak. They were running over a half hour late despite asking us to show up 15 minutes early. That to me is unacceptable especially because we had follow plans with a reservation. Pre-brief and post- brief staff was rude and condescending. The actual room set up was ok and very challenging. I liked the game and clues but it was a bit much and never ending locks and some vague clues. The clues our guide have us were choppy as she couldn't type to save her life (clues came on a small tv screen that our guide types). I will definitely try another escape room but certainly will NOT be back here. *buyer beware** You've been warned. read more

I'm extremely disappointed! I paid $55 for my daughter and her friend to play jail break only to learn they were being grouped with a bunch of adult strangers. Not only did they NOT get to play because the adults dominated the game and basically left them out but I was not notified of this until it was time for them to go in to play. Your system should alert others that someone else booked the game as well so we can decide if we want to continue or choose a different game. This whole experience ruined my daughter's birthday. I'm terrible at names... but our blondie from NJ game host was THE best. (Sorry if that offends you, awesome game host!) Personable, professional, friendly, HARD WORKER... I think she was running all the shows today. And it's my kind of game room. We always go as a fam (the 2 times we've ever done one, one at another Game Center in another state) - my husband and I (30s) and our young son. We struggled, HARD. The set up isn't quite as part 1/part 2 as we initially thought.... Exceptionally well planned out room. More fun than the first one we did in unnamed state. We genuinely can't wait to go back. It's such a fun way to spend family time together. It is harder with a younger child, but today we learned mom can't math or read good ‍‍ but we had a fun time together as a family, and that matters most to us. Also, if we were to go back next weekend and do the same room... we'd probably still need to use all of our clues to get out. it's a VERY fun challenge. There maaaayyyy be a secret to it, but I won't give it away. I will say... it's worth experiencing it for yourself. 12/10 doctors would agree. read more

The woman at the front desk was not very nice, we had a reservation for 4:45pm, the website didn't make it very clear that we would have to share this escape room with multiple other people. Unsure what you have to make a reservation for if the put you in this room with random that just show up. If we would have known how this visit would go, we honestly would have stayed home. I wanted to do something fun and different while visiting my 13 yr old GrandDaughter, and along with her friend, we chose to do an escape room for the first time! I saw all the great reviews and it didn't disappoint! The website is so user friendly and explains all the different rooms and times and dates. Easy ordering, and email reminders. When we came, Honor greeted us and gives you great directions and explanations. We chose the Amnesia room. We got a little stumped on some of the clues, and Honor helps when prompted via the camera/computer. We had a blast and escaped with a minute to spare! I have never been to an escape games, but I have to say it was a blast. Our group went in saw a short video and then was thrown in a room for an hour where we had to figure out clues in the room to get out. They said there was a 32% success rate on our room and we got out with 10 minutes to spare. I highly recommend you check out this fun activity! read more

I've been here with a couple friends and I really think we all enjoyed our experience together. I am not a big fan of combining groups, which is what we had to do when we were here, but it was fine. The rooms here are very unique and I don't think that there are a lot of places like this. I have been to a few escape rooms all over the US and a few in other countries and this one was a new experience for me and the storyline was really cool and different. I think that if anyone wants to experience something that is different than any other escape room you've done, I think that you need to give this place a shot. read more

Doing the presentation they have a young lady that tells you; "I talk really fast", and she was not lying! She was talk so fast, like she was trying to win a prize. What a fun time! This was my first escape room experience. Did the prison jail break room, which is the easiest one I believe. My group was paired with another group and we had nine people total...and haha, I'm not sure we would have escaped without every single one of us working together like we did!
