You never know who your agent is as there seems to be a revolving door of employees. They don't seem to care about the people they insure they just want the policies. The last time I needed information on my policy I called the Insurance company directly, I didn't bother calling Lundgren & Young. It was good in the beginning but after some 25 years I've had enough bad service it's time to part ways.

I have been a client of dyck insurance for about 10 years, the first 8 of which were great, but for the last 2 years I have been given horrible service, quite unlike anything I've ever experienced My auto insurance policy was cancelled last year because they sent my renewal forms to an address that I hadn't been at for 3 years. The new policy that was set up for me was triple the cost, and they put the insurance on a vehicle that hasn't been in my possession for over 2 years. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill in terms of staffing decisions, prompting me to switch companies. In particular, do NOT go through Susan. She is arrogant, rude and spends little to no time with her customers. My account was recently switched over to her, and she phoned my house 2 or 3 times trying to sell me car insurance on top of my existing plan, yet when I called her to ask some questions she could barely give me the time of day. I kept pressing her to commit to an answer (which she couldn't, given that she seemed unaware of their policies), and promised to call me back the following week. When I called head office 2 months later to get clarification (after Susan didn't call me back), they contacted her to clarify a note she had written on my account, and she was rude to THEM. The girl in head office was completely taken aback that she was so abrupt and angry with her over a simple question. In short - unacceptable customer service, rude and arrogant staff, plus their policies which used to be a good deal have become outdated, insufficient and over priced. Moving over to Meloche Monnex.
