When I showed Liz my receipt and code, the attendant who was left with no manager, she told me that she had been instructed to NEVER help resolve website issues and that all managers were on vacation. She also complained that she only makes $13/hr two times to me. I hope if her boss sees this he gives her a raise! Bc no body deserves to be left in the lurch like she was with zero resources to help. TAKE FIVE WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

Each time I visit there is either a new problem or they have not repaired or paid any attention to old problems. At least 13 of their vacuums couldn't pick up a feather . More than half of their air compressor nozzle are either non existent or just do not work. On September 10th I was there and the left side brushes do not work so my car was not washed . I do not know who the owner(s) are but they do not provide quality, service nor do they care. This ownership just wants the money and cares nothing for their customers. A big fat zero for them !

Went there today. Been a monthly plan member since they opened and constantly have trouble with…read morescanning my sticker. Only right lane open today and it wouldn't scan. Attendant kept having me pull up and back and wouldn't work. She took my information and went to look it up. After 30 minutes sitting there manager came out with her and never acknowledged me and went straight to other side to open it and allow cars from behind me to go. Someone else finally pushed button to let me through. After wash I went inside to cancel membership and manager never came out of his office to acknowledge me or apologize. He just had the girl issue me a prorated refund and cancel my membership. Poorest excuse of a manager I've ever experienced. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to this car wash and will share my experience with everyone!
