SCAM ALERT!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE!!! On June 24 I bought a $16 Triple Wash off of the Take 5 website. It gave me a faulty code. When I showed Liz my receipt and code, the attendant who was left with no manager, she told me that she had been instructed to NEVER help resolve website issues and that all managers were on vacation. She also complained that she only makes $13/hr two times to me. I hope if her boss sees this he gives her a raise! Bc no body deserves to be left in the lurch like she was with zero resources to help. TAKE FIVE WEBSITE IS A SCAM. read more

NOTHING WORKS AT THIS CAR WASH. This company continues to charge its customers the monthly fee but never fixes the equipment. Brushes don't spin, brushes wont touch your car, water wont spray, car comes out covered in soap. When you ask to speak to someone regarding the issues your told to scan the QR code which gets you no where. They won't let you speak to the persons in charge or give you a number to speak to a live person either. Their service here is horrible...but they sure take your money even though they can't provide the advertised service. The value and price wouldn't be bad if they could get the equipment to work longer than a day. read more

Every time I go thru the Car wash I notice something not working such as rollers, excessive foam etc. Had vehicle detailed after going thru car wash. Detailer stated there was an oily film on the vehicle. Hours are not consistent. Some of the time not open at stated times or closing earlier. Need new mgmt or another full service car wash. Came out of the wash with dirt still on my windshield and soap dripping off the back. 3 of the 4 vacuums I tried didn't have suction, and one of the hoses fell off the metal frames when taking it out of the holder. All of the cleaning supplies are across the parking lot. Complete waste of money. Will never go back! read more

Until Recently we would come through and get the cheaper wash, we noticed another new employee, except she doesn't seem like just an employee, her Name is Amanda she is sweet as can be and she really gives you the positive radiating energy you may have been missing on any given day! a smile and have a great day goes a very long way when you are having a bad day!! We sure hope to see Amanda stay around, she can turn business for this establishment around with her customer service, previous visits where just going to the car wash to rinse the weeks of traveling for work off our vehicles, now we stick around to vacuum and clean the interior out, Thanks Take 5 for the great customer service we now receive! read more

Two rollers in the wash have not worked the last two weeks. Vehicle is partially clean. Also, lots of soap left on the vehicle in addition to the grill and tailgate not being cleaned at all. read more

This place needs a management change. I just canceled both my cars at this place.There vacuums we're down for a month. The manager will not call you back , and older guy that guides people in yelled at me, why would I give 60 dollars a month to a business like this. I have complained to the corporate office about the low quality service & equipment maintenance & received no response. Cleaning of windshields by staff has stopped leaving them dirty. Going through the was it is noticed that brushes are not functioning & or not touching the vehicles as they pass. I have 2 vehicles under their membership & plan to cancel at the end of this term. read more
