After reading several reviews it became apparent there is a theme which is credible. this guy takes…read morethe work, then tells you to "junk" the car. as if people can just do that, as if its like going and getting milk. Its insulting for sure. I brought my car there to have a caliper replaced and a wheel bearing, something like that. this particular model of car required the whole assembly to come apart. I also asked he install a new shock since it was all apart. just like anything else if you have a big job you do what you can afford as a preventive maintenance kind of thing. This guy charged me the time it would have taken to do the job and more, as if that's all he was doing. over 200 dollars to replace a strut; the whole assembly, including the strut, had to come apart to do the other work. i provided the strut. I am not a mechanic, but i know as fact it took him 2o min tops to place the strut in the machine to swap the coil spring. I felt ripped off. Maybe he does stuff like this because he doesnt want you back? rapes you, tell you to get rid of your junk? I will never return, and always tell anyone when it comes up, like yelping. those college kids who said he called their cars "junk", its true because he said it to me.

I told Molly what I was looking for and gave her my card to contact me if anything came in. A few weeks later she called me with a vehicle they had just gotten in, and it was what I was looking for. I went and test drove it, and even though Molly wasn't there that day, she had dropped by to get something from work and still took the time to talk with me. When I went back to see what they would offer me for my trade and fill out paperwork, Molly was very accommodating, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. I was able to get everything I asked for and without a hassle. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle here, they were all amazing!

Performed a motor oil and filter change. Dangerously overfilled oil. The next day, I checked oil…read morelevel with a cold engine. Dipstick had oil 2" above the maximum line. Filed a complaint and manager contacted me. Never offered a solution. My home was " too far away to send someone out" to remedy. Manager stated " it was a new employee that I guess I'll need to retrain" . I placed the car on ramps and found that the oil hadn't been changed. Brought it to another auto shop and they confirmed oil grossly over filled, oil not changed and wrong oil filter used. Can you pronounce FRAUD. A TRUE oil change was performed by the legitimate auto service center.
