Turned out it was someone from the termite company that stopped by at night after dark to check something, but I had not been notified of that. I first instructed Chris to have the guard call the police if the person refused to leave. Then that person from the termite company called me directly and identified themselves after the guard denied them access and I then called Chris and gave him the okay for the guard to let the person on my property.
