I came here with my coworker and we both came in to get our nipples pierced a week ago. First off... the guy was late. We called way ahead of time to make an appointment at 10. (We have proof of that). So we shook it off and just came in. He wasn't really all that friendly and he didn't educated us on the type of piercings bar. He basically let us pick. We both got pierced with a 16G BAR! Fast forward. We did the piercing and paid. He didn't go over any aftercare instructions. We just paid and left. My coworker had to text him and ask and he said to use dial soap and tea tree oil. As the days went on. I start to notice my piercing bar was going into my skin. So I decided to call up another tattoo and piercing shop to see if I can come in and maybe get a longer bar. So I had the guy look and he IMMEDIATELY tells me it's pierced all wrong, it's crooked, and it's not even in the nipple that it's basically in my skin. (Which I have pictures to prove it) so the guy was kind enough to take the bars out for me and now I have to let them heal and get them RE-PIERCED! My problem is, if he would have educated us on the type of bars would fit us best then I wouldn't have to go through this. My coworker and I have different nipples. So he should have known based off from seeing our nipples which bar would be best for us. He didn't. He let us choose. This all sucks because now I can't get my fucking money back. I paid damn near $80 + for a damn piercing that's over priced as fuck and wasn't even done right. Nor was I educated at all. My coworker called for me and the owner didn't even try to resolve the issue he just gave her a fucking number to text him from. Then she asked why am I texting this number and he hung up on her. They dont give a fuck. They just want the money. Overall don't get your nipples pierced at this location. Go to a place that's more EDUCATED.

It's a bit more expensive than the place I usually go to but I need to stay in town due to my kids and I am solo parenting this week. And didn't want to get a call from school and be too far away. The usual price listed said $135 for the 50 min head spa. So this place is super cute and seemed high end and with the price I figured it would be too. BUT its head spa experience was lacking. They don't dry your hair. They only towel dry and put it in a bun that was half falling out when I left. It's $20 extra for someone to blow dry it. And when I got home to dry it, it was soooooo oily! Overall it wasn't that relaxing I think the water sat on my head more than anything. And they just quickly rubbed oil on my face and neck and shoulders. The other places I have been usually do a good massage.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and the place felt very new and clean. This was our first head spa experience and if you haven't tried it yet, you must! We can't wait to go again! It's relaxation on a whole new level! The spa therapists were so sweet and helpful. The only suggestion I have is we didn't know where to place our personal items.. definitely do not leave anything on the floor as it will definitely get very wet. We found out afterwards there are bins under the beds to store your personal items. I would highly recommend they add hooks to maybe hang shirts or dresses you may have arrived in;) If I could give this experience rating out of 10, it would be an 11:)
