They also took care of all the wooden shipping frames and foam packaging, and even helped us get rid of a bunch of unwanted items from our backyard, including a few old furniture pieces and cardboard boxes. Contacted them very last min at 6pm on a Friday evening with an awkward amount of furnitures to move to my parents' house. Was worried about getting ripped off with not even 1/4 truck of the load. Guys showed up at my door slightly passed 7, the move was smooth and professional, they brought carpet and wraps, communication was very pleasant, hearing I was taking pictures to post online one of them rushed back to the truck to put on the company shirt, it was actually very cute. I met Mr. Yang about a year ago when my friend was moving and I noted how he was not only professional, efficient, and friendly, but he really cared for the furniture and the space as if they were his own. I was particularly impressed when Mr. Yang not only took apart and reassembled my friend's bed frame, but he also noticed that my friend had previously assembled it incorrectly and he took the time to show him how to do it right! Today, I was equally impressed as Mr. Yang and his partner carefully wrapped the doors as well as the furniture, laid down long red carpets on all the stairs and entryways to prevent damage to the space, and even cleverly used shrink wrap to tie open one of my doors that didn't have a doorstop.
