Odie & Adidas were really professional and their attitude was perfect. Moving sucks and they made it so much easier. Always asking what they could do and what was next. Very respectful. We had unfinished boxes and they packed them for us and taped up. Didn't even ask. I have a broken collarbone and they made sure I did very little. As far as the furniture handling I was really impressed. We had a couple not so sturdy pieces and they arrived in perfect condition. Nothing broken or even slightly damaged. Everything was clean too. They wrapped it all up with plastic. Like really can't say enough. Call em up. Also best price around and beyond worth it.

Trust them and support local :) we had a great experience. 3 hr move plus 30 mins driving time cost us $437 + tip as u wish (or not if u dont want to). this beat all the other 5 estimates i explored via yelp. It took them nearly an hour just to carry a mattress down three flights of stairs because they had to stop and rest several times. After everything was packed, moving a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home still took 5.5 hours. They also damaged my child's wooden play kitchen by punching a hole in it, and they placed the mattress upside down with the sleeping surface facing the floor. They arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient. What impressed me most was that they were able to assemble a fairly complex storage bed without any instructions. They also took care of all the wooden shipping frames and foam packaging, and even helped us get rid of a bunch of unwanted items from our backyard, including a few old furniture pieces and cardboard boxes. The pricing was very fair, especially considering how much work they handled. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and well worth the cost. Having already moved 75% of my belongings on my own, I didn't have time or the energy for the last of the items (e.g., totes, clothes, tons of books, and a few misc. items) and needed movers within 1-2 days of my request. Mia assisted in solidifying the moving date and time via text and email. On the day of the move, the movers were ahead of schedule, so my booking time was moved up several hours, which was good because the temperature had been in the 90s. As planned, the movers met me at my storage unit. They were efficient in emptying the storage and securing my items onto their truck (took about 20 min). My new location has stairs inside the unit. When I tell you these guys worked like a well-oiled machine, it's an understatement. Not only did they manage to get all my stuff in my room without damaging anything, but they arranged the items in a manner that was feasible for me to access (by removing the clear wrap used to stack items onto their dollies) and placed items in a considerate way (so I could walk about the space). By doing so, I could unpack once they were finished. That saved me a considerable amount of time and was something I did not expect them to do but was glad that they did. Overall, they were on time, professional, efficient, and dependable. I paid via Zelle and tipped each mover $20. I highly recommend Seven Stars Movers and would hire them again.

I made arrangements just to have my things packed. I had friends who were going to move my items…read morethe next day. When the gentleman arrived, the came ready to move. I told them I only needed packing but they spoke very little English. I call the company to explain. She spoke to the gentleman so then they began packing. I asked them not to pack the things on the couch because those were items I needed to use. I also gave them labels I purchased to label the boxes. Then I went to my room to pack some of my items. After a while, I told the gentleman I had to run an errand and would return shortly. When I returned, the had finished. I looked around and everything was packed so I paid them and the left. Later, I realized that the had packed the things I asked them not to pack. But, no big deal, I'll just find the boxes they put them in. But then I found that not one box was labeled! Nothing! We were very careful to explain the amount of stuff we had and explained the level of help we would need in order to pack all of our crystal, china and other precious heirlooms. We were prepared to spend a long day with a big crew to accomplish our move. We were happy with the estimated cost of under $3K. We understood that there might be extra charges if it took more time or if more packing materials were used. The final cost to us was a lot more than the estimate (nearly $5K instead of the estimated ~$3k). But the movers performed their work professionally and carefully and handled our precious heirlooms with the care we had hoped for - by far the best care we have ever had from a moving company. We understand how tricky estimating can be and we've moved many times in the last two years and were initially shocked and unhappy that the final bill was so much higher than the estimate. When we expressed our shock and displeasure at the difference between the final cost and the estimate, the GM, Alex, contacted me directly and was so very kind and understanding in wanting to make things right and make sure we were happy with our experience. We worked out a deal that we were ultimately happy with - including having Alex talk with the estimator and the crew about providing clear communication around the potential cost overruns. We were very happy with the service we received. And we were happy to pay the higher price for the top-notch service we got. We were just unhappy initially at the sticker shock. Had we been more aware of the potential cost overruns we would have gladly figured out a way to absorb those costs. Alex promised to provide feedback to his teams so that they understand the importance of good communication. I'm confident that future customers won't have the same sticker shock as a result of Alex's feedback. I would use his team again for any of our future moves!
