I had a meniscus repair on my knee as well as a sprained ligament on my other knee and I wouldn't have recovered as fast or well without Cosmo. The staff- Linda, Carolyn and Dan are very kind and helpful in anything you need assistance with regarding appointments or insurance. Carolyn puts her all into helping you with your no fault cases as she did with mine by helping me find out how much coverage I had exhausted. I couldn't suggest a better institution for physical therapy. They also sell various ice packs, pain creams and gels such as biofreeze, and stim kits but a script is needed for the stim. They have other products available for purchase as well. You won't regret going here!

I am now being treated for a Rotator Cuff injury that I was told by my Orthopedic surgeon would probably not work but again, Todd, Rich & Nick are treating me on my way to recovery. I feel great and they are once again have given me the tools to improve my chances of NOT getting surgery. Erica who is one of the PT assistants is great! She is friendly, funny and knows exactly what I need every time I go. I highly recommend these guys for all your PT needs!!! We were both impressed by the quiet and calm energy in the office. I finished with my occupational therapy at home on May 26. My recovery has been taking longer than anticipated. I first met with Nash at Maximum Motion for my evaluation on June 2. She's very friendly, kind, intelligent, supportive and attentive. I especially like that. I've unfortunately been to physical therapy too many times in my 60 years and it's never a plus if the therapists aren't listening to their patients. On June 6th and every other day after I've had the pleasure, and I mean that, of meeting and working with Kenny, Kevin, Olivia, Allison and the lovely and pleasant Jenn who greets us with warmth, kindness and a beautiful smile. I've only ever spoken with Kim on the phone but she is just as delightful as the rest of the staff. The atmosphere is laid back but hands-on. I've never liked physical therapy because of my many maladies something else always inevitably happens that causes pain elsewhere to debilitate me, because I wasn't being listened to. I don't worry about that with these beautiful people. Care is given, and no one is ever given more than they know each patient can handle. They each have a wicked sense of humor and, as a patient, it's their easy camaraderie that makes going there especially comfortable and even fun. I actually look forward to going back. We highly recommend checking them out.

Ginny, the medical secretary, communicated with my auto insurer and got approval for all PT sessions. Alex is my PT. He read and interpreted my MRI and tailored my sessions to the exact area of the problem. Ray, the PT Assistant, and Angelo, the PT Aide, administer most of the exercises that Alex prescribes. Alex does some. Alex is thorough, articulate and direct. I highly recommend him as a Physical Therapist.

The receptionist then said "if we don't call you, you'll be good to come in for your appointment" So today I come in for my appointment, because I did not get a phone call!!! I waited about 10 - 15 minutes after signing in on their kiosk for them to call me up and say "did you get a call?" so I say, no I did not. Receptionist then went on to say I'm not covered, so I said well I was told to come in if I did not receive a call, so here I am ... the woman knew I did not get a call because she said so .. they really just wanted the extra business and wanted me to pay 75. I cannot make a comment on how they care for their patients once they are in the back, but the front desk staff needs to work on their people skills and commutation skills!
