My last interaction with Body & Spine occurred last week after sending a demand letter, regarding the events of my previous review here on Yelp. Unlike Dr. Roth, I value transparency, so I am going to give an update of why I am back dealing with Body and Spine Solutions after three years. ----- I wrote a review on Yelp a few years ago and had contemplated taking legal action against Body & Spine Solution at that time. However, I was in the process of moving to Massachusetts and pursuing a law degree. It was not the right time to be involved in litigation and the monetary amount didn't justify me traveling to a state I no longer resided in to bring legal action. Since I posted my review, I have had numerous people private message me with similar and even worse stories than mine. The common theme amongst these individuals is that Dr. Roth materially misrepresents himself and his program. One message in particular, from a former employee, prompted me to take action now, even though three years have gone by. The former employee's message not only collaborates with my own experience but also calls into question the safety of the "medical devices" he uses within his practice. Claims that Dr. Roth has made (to me personally) that are unfounded included: "the programs as scientifically proven," "The programs are medically supervised" "The programs are FDA approved" "The programs are 100% safe" as well as several other claims about his experience in certain areas. During litigation, I will be requesting documentation relating to the machines used in treatment. Specifically, I will be asking: 1-Where he purchased the machines from 2-When was the last time they were inspected 3-Are they FDA approved 4-Have the been proven to be safe At the end of litigation, win or lose, I will ask the court for the transcript of these proceedings. I suspect that I will ultimately spend more money on court fees than any possible award, but I will take satisfaction in compelling Dr. Roth to answer the questions that many of his patients have, while under oath. I suspect that he will not be able to produce documentation proving the safety of the machines he uses. I suspect they haven't been inspected. I suspect they were not purchased from a reputable source. I KNOW that he made false claims about his expertise in several medical disorders. I KNOW that he gave dangerous advice to me personal, that could have caused great physical harm. I KNOW, that he offered me a $1,000 refund in exchange for me taking down my review. I KNOW that I tried to settle this conflict by means of injunctive relief; specifically, I requested that he had a disclaimer on all written materials that one should seek the consultation of a medical doctor before starting any health program and the advice given is not FDA approved and does not constitute medical advice. I hope to prove to the court and potential patients, what I know to be true and during the discovery process be able to obtain evidence of what I have reasonable reason to believe to be true. My goal is to protect future and current patients, and will. I agreed to accept Dr. Roth's original partial refund of $1,000 and to delete my original review AFTER he placed a disclaimer on his webpage and facebook and signed a contract promising to place said disclaimer on all written materials. I will still honor that deal. Forget the monetary reward; I don't even think he'll even make the disclaimer. Ask yourself, why would someone who claims to be honest and transparent be unwilling to make a disclaimer about their non-FDA approved program and urge their patients (who they claim to care about) to seek medical clearance before engaging in their health program. Find another chiropractor. Appointments are rushed, staff is unhelpful. Office wouldn't tell me the cost per visit if i decided to keep going after the groupon ended, said they'd discuss it with me at my first non-groupon appointment lmao. After 6months and 6+ requests (in-person+via fax/email) i've yet to receive a copy of my x-ray... was always "forgot, ask again next time!!" or ignored outright.. read more

Body & Spine Solutions is a nice and clean place, looks professional, the staff is nice and friendly, except Jessica who was my mentor at the moment that I had my consultation, my only concern is that I never use the services that they offer me, I canceled my contract the next day it is ok and is stipulated in the disclosure in the contract, and still they charged to my care credit account, 2 months past already and they still do not process my refund. What kind of firm does that? .......... keep calling and they do not help me at all what I can do now? read more

Hard to schedule afternoon appointments. Very rude front desk associate. Unhelpful to make appointments with poor customer service skills. Unable to make an acupuncture appointments in the afternoon when scheduling a month in advance. Only 2 days available for acupuncture. Asked for a refund due to on going scheduling difficulties which negatively impacts the ability to have consist services, and was met with a "no" with no further explanation. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner since our conversation wasn't going well she refused. I'm suck going for my 3 sessions but would not recommend the facility due to the front desk associates poor customer service skills. read more

Went here today for laser hair removal and honestly had a phenomenal experience. Jessica took such great care of me and made me feel so comfortable as well as made it as painless as possible. I am blown away with how wonderful she was. As someone who's had laser in other places with different technicians, she is beyond any bar they could have set. Dr. Roth's program is unbelievable! I struggled to lose weight and get healthy and he truly helped me. I went in and everyone was so genuine and nice. I got a body wrap and took part in his weight loss program. I lost 25 pounds so far and I look and feel so good! I found it very affordable and I would recommend this program to anybody. read more

After dealing with low back pain for almost 4 years with little to no relief, I found body and Spine solutions. I had already tried chiro, trigger points, Aqua therapy, ice, heat, muscle relaxers, anti inflammatories, pain killers, stim....the list goes on. I have a 3 year old that has to come with me to my treatments and not only is it never an issue but Jessica the office Manager Is his new lollypop BFF, she super sweet and makes me having to bring him so much easier.I did have an MRI and figured out I had a herniated disc causing nerve pain. I met Dr Roth and at the first he did his own set of xrays in the office and we went from there. Between the adjustments and the decompression chair treatments I got so much relief! I was able to only use anti inflammatories when I needed to. His office also does so many other things that I am still breaking into. I have had my second massage with Jen today and I feel amazing. I've had massages before and never had a result like this. She is absolutely educated in the anatomy of the body. Its not about a spa treatment it was all about relief and releasing tention and buildup. As long as shes with Body and Spine solutions I will not go to another massage therapist. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who has been trying EVERYTHING and is still at a painful standstill. YOU WILL FIND RELIEF HERE! read more
