I came with an assessment from recent oil change literally in my hand, told them exactly what was needed via telephone prior to my visit, and again in person when I arrived (tie rod ends & sway bar link), and assumed that 3 hours later that's what they would have completed. Instead, I was presented with a bill for a $95 diagnostic for the exact items I had already outlined (additionally assessing a need for new front tires) and a changed license plate bulb. When I asked if that diagnostic fee would apply to future work, as has been my experience with every other auto diagnostic in my life, they said that would not be the case and offered me an undue lesson in what it means to pay your staff for their time. I will not be returning. P.S. It may be worth noting that both female reviewers had negative experiences with these guys. In the auto industry, dismissive and negative treatment of women is rampant.

We took our Cadillac SUV to two different places before we saw Nick at ATS repair, because our AC…read morewas not working. In a black car with black leather interior and 100+ degree weather, it was NOT good. The other places said there was a leak, charged us to recharge the AC, but couldn't find the leak. One place even put dye in it to try to find the leak when we came back to recharge again, and still no luck in finding it. The AC worked for half a day, then it was back to blowing hot air. Nick diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even replaced the worn-out touchscreen in the dash while he had the dash out and defogged the headlights, just so they were more efficient and safer. He was quick, transparent with pricing, and I no longer hate our vehicle. Great work and a really nice guy. Even though he was busy, he didn't rush us and took the time to talk to us. We found our new auto shop.
