They are a new business with their own shop. It was a little out of the way for me but definitely worth the drive out. I do recommend arranging a ride and leaving your car there because as of right now their waiting area is just a couch in their office and there are no shops to walk to nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results~ No more dog fur to be seen, no more dog slobber or dirt and dust. My leather seats feel properly conditioned- soft, smooth and clean. AND the inside of my car smells great! It no longer smells like dog drool and fries. They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. My car was covered in layers of dust, dirt, and dead bugs, so I went with the $11 wash. Before entering, my car was sprayed down, and a kind gentleman helped guide my wheels onto the conveyor belt. You leave your car on and put it in neutral while the conveyor moves you through the wash. A few minutes later, my car came out shiny and clean, and another kind employee dried it off for me. They also have complimentary vacuum stations available if needed. Individual washes range from $8-$18, and they offer monthly plans ranging from $25-$55, which seems like an excellent deal if you wash your car regularly. After my car came through the wash, I was directed to the finishing area where an employee was supposed to apply the tire shine. Instead, the employee simply walked away and left. No explanation. No replacement. No one stepped in to finish the job. So I just sat there wondering if someone was coming. After waiting and looking around, it became obvious that nobody had any idea I was still waiting. At that point I had to either continue wasting my time or leave without receiving the full service I paid for. How does a business not have someone available to cover when an employee leaves their station? If someone needs a break or their shift ends, that's understandable, but customers shouldn't be left sitting there with an unfinished service because no one is assigned to take over. It wasn't about the tire shine itself. It was about the complete lack of communication and accountability. A simple "Someone else will be with you shortly" would have made all the difference. For a business that advertises attention to detail, this was a disappointing experience. I expected better.
