Honestly should have seen this coming.. I just left Les Schwab a very reputable tire company to have my vehicle inspected. After I got tires from Natomas Tire my car would shake pretty bad on the freeway. I had this minor issue before with a previous vehicle I owned but in no way connected to this place. So the do a test, rebalance the tires and set everything straight again. When I got up to the counter the pay at Les Schwab the technician asked me where I got the tires from and I told him. He looked sad to tell me that I had very low quality tires. In fact he called them "$45" dollar tires! I paid $525 for the entire effing set. Beyond upset right now. The owner here made me feel as though I was getting a great deal by not going to the big name brand tire shop next door. Not only did he sell me knock off tires, the Les Schwab tech said they balanced them horribly as if it to say they didn't know what they hell they were doing. Long story short your sanity and safety are not worth the couple hundred bucks you save by going here. We come here often for used tires. The guys that always help us are super nice and helpful. I know nothing about tires in general so it's nice to have people to help to make an informed decision about tires, especially used ones. We often buy from here because there are used tires with lots of tread still on them and they are affordable. When I ended up with a flat (I drive over and through a lot of construction areas downtown), they helped filled it and we were on our way, no questions asked. They were quick and we were on our merry way. It probably took only about 10 minute total. My only gripe is that this place is really small and very had to find if you aren't familiar with the area. Our first time driving here, we missed it and had to turn back around. There's only one driveway and if you miss it you will have to turn around and drive back slowly to find it. Plus, since there's only one driveway, traffic is pretty steady on Northgate so you have to be mindful of all the cars passing as well as the pedestrians. Other than these tiny problems, we keep coming back and we love it here. read more

They have somebody that can fix your tire while it's still on the car! I know they offer other services, but this is the only thing that I needed from them. I bought my 4 brand new tires a few months back and called in before I went in for a price and he said 250 and went in an hour later and he changed the price to 300 and said he never recalled saying that to me. They had to install longer axle nuts so it had to come with a key and he said he'd give it to me for free and I asked if I could purchase an extra just to keep in my car and I never received either of them. Went back in today because I needed the key to do a tire swap at home and showed him the receipt. I had to chase him down and he still kept trying to dodge me. Drove home they were fine, went to pick up my daughter and there's a hole in my right front tire couldn't figure out which one for a minute because they did something to my sensor so it was telling me the wrong tire. I really like this place. I have taken both my car AND my truck here. I have bought everything from tires to clutches. The service is always speedy and at a really great price. The owner has even given me a ride home once when I dropped my car off. I asked if they could check my transmission for something, the said they do not do transmission work. Good prices, good labor......gotta have one poor aspect. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TRASH AT FIRST when working with the one Hispanic man. He told me to leave my car for 2/3 hours and the labor we discussed would be complete, this man calls me in 2/3 hours asking me what exactly I need done and when I show up irritated with his confusion he then tries to raise the price on me. Then another man, who seems to be the "boss" began helping me and it became a much better experience....I also know a good deal about autos so I dont know how they treat their non inclined customers. Used tires are 35 installed and balanced, some spots are cheaper....I can say the used tires at this place are in pretty decent shape. But as far as suspension work, quality seems GREAT!!
