    Our experience with Watson Realty and the Gordon Team was extremely disappointing…read more The MLS listing was incomplete, important features of our home were omitted, and we found ourselves having to point out information that should have been included from the start. The photography felt rushed and poorly coordinated, and communication throughout the listing was lacking. We were not notified about a second showing, and we often felt left out of important parts of the process. When concerns were raised, they were not handled professionally. Instead of addressing issues, we were met with arguments and comments such as, "I've never had to do this before," which made it seem as though our concerns were being treated as an inconvenience. The service felt very hands-off, more like a lockbox listing than the full-service representation we expected. We also felt pressured to accept an extremely high 9% commission/closing cost structure that we believed was not in our best interest. The final straw was when we lost confidence in the representation and simply requested to be released from the listing agreement. Our request was denied. The situation became so difficult that we ultimately had to hire an attorney to help resolve the matter. Selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions most families will ever make. We expected professionalism, communication, and advocacy. Instead, we spent much of the process correcting mistakes, chasing information, and fighting to protect our own interests. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this team to other sellers.

I've never heard of a a Cash buy by a buyer that couldn't deposit $10,000 when we sign for agreement. Our agent didn't even confirm a deposit for a Cash buy . She called me to cancel agreement with the buyer. It was a 20 day escrow cash by and she didn't confirm until two weeks after that we didn't have a deposit. and now we are on last day of escrow and they still don't have a signature and money in the bank and it's 4 o'clock of escrow closing date.

But we were promised by the seller, that he would show us how to work the solar, the home warranty that he paid for is not worth anything with pre existing conditions!! So guess what? Those repair men you sent to fix our AC were obviously worthless because here we are paying for a new unit!!! I've only been here since January!! Our pool filter? We fixed ourselves again..because that was promised, and our outlets?? Never fixed! We had to drain our pool to put the filter in, which in turn this company had painted out pool with house paint, he claims he had painted the pool with "ocean blue" pool paint, our pool was white!! How is that you flip houses? And put a band aid on them...I feel fortunate enough to have fixed the problems ourselves, but I feel bad for the next family that won't be so fortunate.

    So I was dealing with this realtor's under study, named Omar Flores, he is the one that actually…read moreshowed me the homes, ect., he constantly assured me this company would fight as hard as they could to get me the best price, and all things in an inspection report would be fixed before moving in as well. So that was not the case, there is multiple issues, and as for 1 of the issues, which was broken windows, Omar assured me they would be fixed at the cost of the realtor company as per Miguel Hernandez. How ever, they only fixed one window, which was the smallest one by the way, and I called several times, and even text, and asked for a personal call from this Miguel, however once the sale was done, so was he. I do obtain text in my possession from Omar Flores, with this information and I am looking into a small claims court case well. This Miguel also tried to pursue me to to purchase the first home i was interested in, but I declined due to it contains a septic tank, which i did not feel comfortable with, he is very arrogant and lacks customer skill relation, etc. i have my home inspection report, and I still have all texts from Omar Flores which states all my issues. It should be embarrassing to brag that you such a top realtor, yet cant seem to uphold an agreement which would seem like a minimal financial cost to his reputation and or company. In this time of ICE against our own culture, be on high alert for shady realtor as well, that only will communicate with you until he has received his money, and could care less of coaching his team to stick by the words you communicate to your customers. Will discourage people on a daily basis to work with him.

I knew I…read morewould be leaving for a couple of years but would eventually move back to Bakersfield so I knew I wanted to keep my home and rent it out if it made sense. I checked out a few managers but really got hooked with RPM Bakersfield, and I am so glad I chose them! My initial call I was greeted promptly by their sales agent who was happy to help me with my situation. She walked me the process over the phone and their usual steps of bringing on a new client. She ran a property evaluation that gave me an idea of what I could expect for my home to rent. We agreed it would work out the way I wanted with renting versus selling since I really wanted to keep my home. I really liked that their tenant selection process is very thorough. Since I want to move back when I'm able I'd really like for my home to stay in as good of condition as possible. They were quick to get my home rented out and I appreciated that it looked like my home was listed on every site I could find so I knew they were doing their best to get it visible. Through it all I found the staff helpful and knowledgable and very capable of helping my navigate the busy world of landlord and tenancy! I feel confident leaving the management of my home in RPM's hands while I'm away! I'll miss my home but I won't miss the heat!

    Despite leaving my apartment in excellent condition and even paying for professional carpet…read morecleaning, over $1,500 was deducted from my security deposit for "cleaning services and carpet cleaning." I documented the unit with videos before moving out. When I returned the keys, management told me they would reach out if they needed the carpet cleaning receipt. Instead, weeks later they told the owner that no cleaning had been done -- without ever contacting me for proof. When I followed up, they stalled, first saying repairs were being contracted out and they "weren't sure yet." Eventually, I received an invoice from a company called "De la O Janitorial Services." This company does not exist -- there is no business license, no record in state databases, and the invoice lists only a P.O. Box. When I requested proof of payment, management was unable to provide any evidence that this supposed contractor was paid. This experience feels misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their billing practices. Tenants should be very cautious and document everything thoroughly if renting from this company.
