Weeks have gone by without seeing or hearing from them. We are now looking at other roofing companies to complete our work. We just felt like we wasted our time (taking time off work when they stated they would be out again) and getting the run around. 9/4/2018: After posting this review, an inspector came to our house and provided us with an estimate and report of manufacturing/installation faults. We wish this would have occurred sooner, but at least they eventually made the effort.

The price was more than fair and Clay took care of the insurance and the claim assessor and made sure things were all handled in a timely manner. Right after the bid was delivered and I was put on the schedule, we were hit with another horrible hailstorm. I came home to my Sunroom being flooded heavily by an inside waterfall that had appeared. Clay went above and beyond and spent hours patching up the roof so it would last until the roofers day came. The roofers were very professional and did an excellent job. They didn't leave a mess and worked very hard non-stop to get the job done. Clay was professional, honest, and kind.
