Alex came over and looked at the old AC unit and furnace. His professional guidance including a recommended solution was both honest and accurate. I accepted his solution and scheduled the install. The entire time I was kept in the loop by text and phone calls. The day of the job they showed up exactly on time 8am. The team was fronted by Amando and with him was Pete and Tyler. This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units. Water stains on the 1st floor ceiling from a toilet that was removed and replaced (you don't even want to know why they did this). The replaced bathroom ceiling fan was not set right, so there is an ugly gap next to it. For the minimal work they did, they charged me over $1,000, then they tried to charge me another $600 for replacing the flapper and flusher in the toilet (I kid you not - $20 of parts, 5 minutes of work = $600). What a great company this used to be.

Gave us a quote which was $2k more than Home Depot's quote and $3k more than another HVAC contractors, so I went with HD.
