So kind and helpful I didn't feel rushed and she genuinely cared about my tax situation and took the time to explain things in detail. From the two woman at the check in (Ashley and I didn't catch the other woman's name) being so helpful and understanding to Neomie I really recommend this place. Ive been filing my taxes with Naomi for 6+ years. She is amazing, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with my taxes; everything goes well as expected and more so, better than expected. All staff are welcoming and the setting is very comfortable. I usually make an appointment to meet with Naomi and don't have a wait time. She is patient and allows for the latest appointments, which I truly appreciate! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Not only did they mess up our taxes but they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. We have already reported them to the IRS for filing without our consent 4 times. We will also be reporting them next to the better business bureau. I highly suggest no one get their taxes done here. Worst tax place ever. I hope they get shut down soon. They don't deserve to stay in business if they can't get their work done correctly. read more

Went with Giovanni, he did not mention any fees, in total $116 removed from my tax money! And that's on top of the money that was paid for him doing my taxes! Sketchy place don't do your taxes with him! Didn't explain a single thing to me about any hidden fees for this "bank of republic". Never going back here again read more

Is the deadline I'm here on April 15 waiting I have about 6 people in front of me waiting I been waiting for over 45 min But don't judge that's my fault Noemi is super sweet and knowledgeable about what she's doing. Great. I would wait 3 hours If I have to for her to do my taxes. This would be my 3rd year coming here and I would continue to come. Always a last min person. Never learn my lesson. I've been coming here for 3 years and one employee In particular Carolina Gonzalez is very knowledgeable of our government tax forms. She walks me through my taxes and explains to me very thoroughly. I walk in get greeted and ready for my appointment as she makes it smooth and easy . The entire staff is always positive and ready to serve you . I will defiantly keep coming back because of these smart women. read more

Went here to get my taxes done because a co-worker of mine had recommended them. The location was easy to find and had parking right out front. I went inside and it was nice and well decorated. The staff was friendly and they were playing dirty dancing on a TV while I was waiting! I got called after a short 10 minutes wait (I was early). My lady was super sweet and extremely helpful! She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She got me back more than what I had expected and did it all within a fairly short amount of time. I will definitely be coming back every year from now on! read more

First year coming to this office. Didn't have an appointment and was hoping to get Naomi. Thankfully, the staff was able to accommodate me which was awesome! Naomi is the sweetest and really explained/answered every question I had. The only downside, It is a little overpriced from other offices. A co-worker recommended this place so I called to make an appointment, I requested to see Neomi but she was booked so I said I was okay with seeing someone else. They scheduled me with Carolina at 5pm, I arrive 5 minutes early the area is easy to find as someone else mentioned and plenty of parking. I walk in, none of the ladies greet me, I look around to see if there is a sign in sheet, one of them turns to me and asked who I was there to see, I tell her I had an appointment with Carolina. She then says Carolina was not in, which I reply I called today and was scheduled to see her as she was available, she says she had an emergency. I was a little upset at this time already because that is very unprofessional to have an appointment and then leave. Who knows maybe it was legit emergency but I didn't like the vibe since I walked in. The ladies looked annoyed and were not friendly. Then I am told to have a seat and fill out, I get called shortly after by Claudia who did not smile once and asked me one question the whole time I felt awkward and uncomfortable I ended just taking the estimate and leaving. The price was not bad at all tho they charge $130. read more
