HORRIBLE, no need to make appointment they still don't get to you till they want too. I had an appointment with Maggie at 1pm but she redirected me to her daughter "little Maggie". She took our paperwork and didn't get back to us till two hours later, not even to ask us a question. The more we asked how much longer it was going to take the more annoyed they looked and they were just in the back laughing and talking. However, the other accountant Leon(I think that's his name) was pretty quick and more professional so try to make your appointment with him. read more

Zero stars!!!!! Lino sucks all my tax information was wrong and as I looked through it he put some else's W2 info into my records. I went to someone else at a different place and she did everything all over again. Never coming back here again he gets distracted and talks to other clients while filling paperwork. read more

Lino was going to help me file an "Offer In Compromise" with the IRS to try and get them to lower my balance due. He took my cash money and half-assed the job. I gave him the information he asked and he said he would file real soon. This went on for about three months and then he sent them in. A couple of months later,I received a letter from the IRS saying they needed more information. When I called them, they told me I was not eligible because I had not submitted my 2018 returns AND that I had not made my quarterly estimated payments for 2019. At my first meeting with Lino, I specifically told him that I had not filed my taxes and had not made my estimated payments. He said not to worry. All he did was string me along for several months and kept my $750. After receiving a letter from the IRS stating that I needed to pay my balance or set up payment arrangements, I called Lino and he said he was busy with something and would call me at 4:30 pm. When I didn't hear from him by 6 pm, I called him but he did not answer the phone. I now have no other choice but to pay the IRS in full. Six years of monthly payments. Thanks Lino. read more

I went to this place 2 times in a row , called in advance both times , 1st time I go to this place & the last ! I wasted a lot of time & I still didn't get any help or file with them, I don't normally leave bad reviews but I'm pissed, 1 st day I go I waited 2.5 hours & not one person approached me, nothing, so I left , 2nd day I go I call again in advance leave my name because they have a sign in sheet, they lady on the phone said she'll write my name down , so I get there I wait another 2.5 hours & still no service, so I finally talk to someone & told them I called way before I got there , come to find out they never wrote my name on the sign in sheet & Everyone head been assisted , then they said I'd be next to be helped & sure I wait only for them to call someone else up before me ! I'm livid ! Waste of time ! AVOID GOING TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TK WAIT, that star is hella generous, wouldn't even give them one but they don't let me leave a post if I don't ! read more
