The first thing out of my mouth was I have 2 W2s. This was completely ignored. This process was grueling to say the least. Esther was unprofessional, kept interrupting the task at hand to ramble about unnecessary info, she also used racial slurs. 2 hours later we are reviewing my taxes. My name was spelled wrong, my address was inputed wrong & she never input my second W2 which went from a 9k refund to owing 4K. I gathered my documents and left. I would not recommend someone who is that careless with their work or who wastes that much of their clients time.
