I knew he would resist paying and I didn't want to fight him over it. Sadly, I got neither. Unprofessional, poor service and ChatGPT written emails is all I received. Not good!

The owner, who I believe works the front reception area is always super nice and very prompt at returning messages. They have different levels of 3M tint here: Crystalline Ceramic IR Color Stable Obsidian Series Playing with the heat level display which gives you a tactile feeling of the heat transmissions of the tint, it felt like Crystalline blocked the most heat.

Therefore, you're the only person sitting in the waiting room and he's only working on your car. Genius Idea!! No more first come first serve business because you have an actual appointment!! I booked online, received a confirmation and was sent a reminder the day of my appointment. I was greeted by Bob when I arrived and he described what he thought would look nice on my car. He even showed me examples of other cars he recently serviced that were similar. He was very customer service oriented and checked on me a few times to make sure I was okay in the waiting room.
