We recently put our home on the market. We scheduled window cleaning with Serviz Inc. for Dec. 8, 2017, 8-10 am. Our real estate agent was showing our home later that day. At 7:30am, Serviz Inc called and said due to a conflict they would have to cancel. I frantically called called around and found EXCLUSIVE WINDOW CLEANING. Ruben Wade did an excellent job cleaning the entire house. When he came, the tiles were beyond filthy and the grout between them was literally black. The carpet, from I thought, was stained beyond repair, but he was able to lift out the stains and leave the whole house feeling fresh and clean. The previous owners of this home had left it incredibly dirty, so the job took about a week. Ruben came every day for several hours and brought all the necessary equipment and tools. I was able to trust him with the key to the house, so I did not have to be present, which was convenient. He is a very diligent and conscientious worker. He cleaned every nook and cranny--beneath the refrigerator and washer and dryer, the windows. He even took items out of the cabinets and cleaned them out as well as giving the kitchen and bathrooms a thorough cleaning. Ruben also brought a friend of his over to fix a small tear in the carpet with a patch from the closet, so he can help with getting the right people for other jobs one may need done. Ruben is a pro at cleaning windows. We used him the first time with a coupon from Amazon (I think) and have called him back six months later. Both time he was friendly, showed up at the appointed time, did great work and cleaned up before he left. He cleaned the windows and the screens and fixed some minor problems with the screens on two of the windows. I will continue to use him every six months or so. He charged us $8.00 a window without regard to the size of the window which I considered to be a fair price for the work he does, taking into account he had to come to our house. All of our windows are reasonably accessible without the use of a ladder. He is busy and you need to be flexible with the time you expect him to be available. read more

Although his ladder did not reach the top of my windows on my third story, he was able to clean the exterior of my windows thoroughly from inside of the house. Found them in Groupon and purchased the maximum window package for newly constructed house. Pretty good general cleaning of windows, screens, and vacuumed the tracking. My only disappointment is that the was there were some construction debris and smudges on the windows which wasn't included in the cleaning services. However I was given suggestions on how to remove in the future. I've purchased window cleaning services from Groupon before that were a bit more enthusiastic to make my windows perfect. EWC was interested in building regular business, and if they would have cleaned the smudges I would have likely committed to something regular. read more
