I hired Brighter Coast Solutions for a thorough window cleaning. The windows had not been cleaned in 8 years and had significant grime buildup. Mark came out on a Sunday do give me an estimate since I needed to get them done before in-laws arrived. He was ready to do them the next day, but rain postponed the work for a few days. This is a tough one because Mark came out when he said he would and did a good job on the windows. The one star is because while here, we asked him about cleaning our sofa and he said he did that and gave us a price. We set up a time and date a few days in the future for him to come do the job. When the day arrived Mark did not. I texted and called and he has never responded. No show, no call = 1 star. read more

We found Mark through Yelp, and could not be more happy with the work and service he provided. He was punctual, professional, very kind and did a fantastic job at an exceptionally reasonable rate. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in years, and we recently completed a construction project so screens and tracks were filthy. Our house now looks brand new after windows were so thoroughly cleaned. Our house is not easy - besides more than 3 dozen windows, we have solar and about 100 linear feet of deck glass perched on the side of a hill. Mark and one employee spent over 5 hours scrubbing our glass to a spotless shine. We had previously hired another window cleaner a few years ago, and had a terrible experience where he left streaks on all the windows, didn't properly clean tracks and refused to clean our deck glass. Mark was gracious about every difficult aspect of our home and didn't complain about a single thing we asked, even asking he clean extras we added last minute. We really appreciated the level of service provided, and highly recommend Mark. We will be having him out at least a couple of times a year to keep our windows spotless. read more

Very sad because it's difficult enough to connect with a service provider, but when you do and it's a great experience you figure contacting them for repeat service will be easy and trustworthy. Apparently Marks window cleaning has been experiencing a BOON of business and is no longer doing what it can to provide a positive experience. We had an appointment to have our windows cleaned today at noon. By 12:40 we figured something was wrong sowe called. Mark was very nonchalant saying, "oh yeah, we got caught up with another project, how about 3pm? ". I spent an hour I didn't have getting the condo ready for nothing.
