If I could give no stars I would. These people are a joke and especially their drivers. We arrived into BWI after a 13 hour flight and had called and confirmed that the driver was "here". We walked around to 6 different gates and still nothing. Even the supershuttle personal there were upset and they themselves were not being directed on what to do. Mind you that the people at the airport were there to help. After 2 hours of waiting like a fool at the airport, we finally found the driver. We were told we were going to be reimbursed for the first way but that never happened. The driver was horrible and I honestly feared for my life. On return to the airport after our trip, the driver had made rude remarks about me because the bell man was running a little behind with our bags but I had apologized and kept him in the loop. The ride back to the airport was even worse. The driver would randomly stop the car in the middle of the road for no reason and appeared to be falling asleep. I want a complete refund for my troubles. I would never recommend this company to anyone. You are better off walking or public transport than to use this company's service. Unbelievable. read more

We took a Super Shuttle van from BWI airport to our hotel in Baltimore. The curbside staff were quick and friendly, letting us know exactly how long he thought the ride would take to arrive. It came much more quickly than expected and he alerted us right away that it was about to get there. The driver of the van was competent and personable, and he told us about some of the sights we saw on our way into town. Super Shuttle was more than worth the cost of the service, and we will definitely use it again. read more

We were picked up at the time arranged/promised by Super Shuttle, which was perfect for the time needed to get through the airport, security, obtain coffee/meal/snacks, etc., before our flight (even tho we originally thought the pickup time was too early!). The price was not too high that you'd be upset with yourself for choosing Super Shuttle after finding out the prices of comparable services (LOL, but dead serious!). Prior to the driver's arrival that morning, we received a text message from Super Shuttle providing a link to "track" our van's location and progress to our house; however, the link was wrong because it was obviously tracking maybe another vehicle, since ours was outside my house as the GPS tracked our van over 20 miles away! Wow! The van was clean and smelled good (thank God!!). The van was not crowded with people, making it a comfortable ride to the airport. The driver was very courteous and professional, assisting us with luggage and answering all questions. I am especially grateful that the driver also appeared committed to getting everyone to the airport on time and in a safe manner -- wasn't "Driving Ms. Daisy" (if you know what I mean). Driver was great! Requested and received an early pickup. National security incident occurred will in route which made the airport trip impossible. Driver asked if we had time and he'd take an alternate route, which we did so he did. So not only were we not stuck in gridlock and miss our flight but got to see several areas and cool sites that were out of the way. Got to the airport where we saw several others that were not as lucky and re-bookings were substantial...So yeah I will absolutely use the service again. Don't even want to imagine what the cost of a cab ride in that traffic and delays would have cost us?!? read more

We used this service recently to get from BWI to our home in VA. We reserved a private sedan and actually got an SUV for the same price! The driver was on time and very polite. I think the price we paid for the distance was a fair value and I appreciated not having to retrieve my car and drive after a day of travel. Would definitely use again. read more

I booked a return trip to BWI airport on execucar. I received their confirming email and text. On the morning of the pick up I didn't get a text from them (which they usually do). Worried I called at 6.05 am (pickup was for 6.10am) after taking with the operator enquirers about my ride I was placed on hold for 10 mins before they called me back letting me know that they couldn't send me my car and they would be happy to refund my money!!! Are you kidding me - you better refund my money for not providing the service. I took an uber and was the third last person to make it onto the flight. Horrible experience with them and the way they handle their goof ups. I suggest using uber or supreme shuttle in the future. Much cheaper and way reliable!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. THEY ARE NO-SHOWS!! We had a pick up schedule for 4 am for a family vacation out west. Our plane was taking off at 6:30.. there were 5 of us. I called two days prior and was assured all was ok, and I received a text the day before with the same message. 4:15 am the day of the trip and no ExecuCar. I called them and was on hold for about 5 minutes, then switched to dispatch. I was told they would be there in 30 minutes (ie. they overslept). We cancelled the pickup, stuffed 5 big bags and 5 carry-ons into a small SUV and our laps and barely made the flight. No apologies, nothing from them. HORRIBLE SERVICE and the obviously don't care about their customers. It might be ok if you book them for a 1 pm flight (so they will be awake) and make it 4 hours in advance so you can make alternate plans when they don't show up!.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. THEY ARE NO-SHOWS! They would have zero stars if allowed. read more
