Horrible. Paid in advanced and sent driver information with correct pickup time. Get text stating driver on his way but showing him over 1 hour from the house to get to airport. I had to text and call after the pickup time to make sure it was not an app locator glitch. No, woke up driver, Burney, who stated his son was on the way and to let him call me back. Called back stating his son not on his way. No other support offered. Had to start off vacation with husband angry and having to drive over 30 minutes to leave our vehicle for long vacation. Completely unprofessional for a premium service that cost extra. DO NOT USE, HORRIBLE! Absolutely no stars, the worst service (or should I state no service). read more

I used this service two weeks ago when I was in New York for work and it was a horrible experience. I had a car set up to pick me up for at 4:15 pm and had it scheduled for a 7 hour block as I needed to be taken around town for meetings and they never showed up. I called the customer service line and was transferred 4 times by agents. Once I was able to get someone to talk to me they informed me that they were trying to get a car for me. At this point is was 5:00 pm and was running very late so I cancelled the service in which they never apologized. I would never recommend this service or use again. read more

I needed an SUV for my mother, two daughters and ,myself to pick us up in Bradenton and drive us to Tampa Int'l Airport. The driver on the way there was actually a couple of minutes early and was so kind. He brought our six suitcases from the house and loaded them in the car along with my travel wheelchair. He was a friendly man. The driver who picked us up was quite fun. He helped carry our luggage to the car and loaded it in and helped unload it and carry it the house. Booked a ride from my home to the airport for very early in the am. The cost was as expected and I received a AAA discount. The process was easy, but they failed to send me an email confirmation and when I called them back to confirm, they said I must have given them the wrong email address! Uh, yeah.....I don't know my own email address! Driver was about 5 min late - not a big deal. What was a big deal was his racist comments on the way to the airport when he said he didn't like San Francisco because there were too many Asian people there! On the return trip from the airport home instead of sending a limo to meet me at baggage claim, as I expected, they sent a shuttle (which was 35 min late). I had to trek with my luggage and a small child in tow to the ground transportation office, where I was informed by the driver that I was scheduled to be dropped off last, behind two other customers, who lived in totally different parts of town. I asked for and received a refund and would up flagging down a cab and paying through the nose! The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of instead of one, is because the shuttle driver and the clerk that gave me my refund were very nice and tried to be of help. read more

Our driver was very professional and friendly. The only problem we had was having to wait over an hour because of a dispatching mixup and caused us to wait at the airport for over an hour from 2 AM until 3 AM. Booked a pickup at Ft Myers. Got an email saying to call a certain local number when I landed. Called the number, waited on hold for 20 minutes...no answer. Called the 800 number, they said there was nothing they could do for me but they would call the local dispatch number. Another 20 minute hold. Called back again and said I wanted a refund on my money and they said they couldn't help, I had to work this out with the local agency. Next call will be to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I can't tell you how disappointed I was with this service. Edit: Per the ExecuCar reply below I've sent an email to the address listed and will reply back if I hear something. I did submit 2 tickets tonight on their website for which I've received no reply so I'm not holding out a lot of hope. As I stated my next call will be to my credit card company and maybe the BBB. Have used Execucar numerous times to shuttle parents and grandparents to and from TPA to our private residence (about a 40 min trip each way). I have worked with a driver in Atlanta for years and have just moved Tampa/St Pete and didn't have a contact and tried ExecuCar. Best way I can describe it, is a professional version of Uber. I was getting ready and at 3:20 am I received an email cancelling my car. No reason, no explanation, less than an hour before my scheduled pickup. This company is probably ok if you are going from a hotel to the airport but the are incapable if managing any other transportation. We hired a car to take us to dinner and take us back home. They had the wrong name of the pickup with the correct address. When I called, after 2 people and 30 minutes they were able to change the name to the correct establishment, then charged me more because it was not a hotel. The company is a HUGE RIP OFF. Next time I will just call a LYFT. the service is much better and easier to manage. read more
