This company is awful. The car never showed up and no one could figure out why. My car was supposed to pick me up at 1:45pm. I got a text message at 2:30pm letting me know my car would be there in 15min. My confirmation was clear that the pickup was 1:45pm not 2:45pm on the email confirmation they sent me.Finding a number to call this company is very difficult. When I finally found a number they wanted me to do my own cancellation online even though this was their mistake. I escalated my issue because it was a $76 charge. 5 days later I am still waiting for someone to close my case. I called again only to find out the person working on my case wasn't in and didn't complete anything. I run large meeting and events around the country and have never had such terrible customer service with a transportation company. Use a lyft or Uber. At least they will show up and there customer service actually cares about your experience. read more

Professional, courteous service. Raul was our driver. By the time our flight landed in Tampa we already had a text from him to let us know that he was there to greet us. Comfortable ride from Tampa airport to Clearwater. Online booking was great. The only suggestion is that they format the email confirmation so it easily prints as a receipt. I had to copy the text from the confirmation email into a WORD doc to print and take along on the trip. read more

For the 3rd Time, My ride has NOT SHOWN UP to take me to the Airport! I use this service every weekend this year, flying home, then flying back out. So this last time, i had a 2 week trip to California, so as i wait for them to arrive and call, they say they're sending someone, i wait, I wait, i call the driver and he says he's coming in 2 hours....? what? wrong again! So i now have to jump in my car and drive like hell to the airport, running to my flight. i have to park at the airport...for 2 weeks. then i have to drive the long drive home after being on a plane and airports for 13 hours, after working. Their idea is to pay me for the parking - MINUS the ExecuCar Fee...!? But you didn't show up, you didn't drive me anywhere, why should i pay for a service i did not recieve!? I didn't want to park, or drive or leave my car in a parking deck for 2 weeks. My parking should be returned 100% and i should not have to pay for a service YOU DID NOT PROVIDE. and guess what Hung T. Customer Care Case Manager - I will not be. IF you can't be present to pick people up, then you're not doing you're business or your customer's right. So keep your $68.00 and i'll keep the $160 i've been paying you every weekend..you do the math! read more

Our arrival transportation was great. Our flight arrived into Tampa early and the driver was already at the airport. Very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and safe driver. We had 2 toddlers with us. Our departure was not so great and why there's only 3 stars. We received a confirmation text 24 hours prior to our departure letting us know when the driver would arrive to pick us up. We were in the pick up zone 5 minutes early and waited 10 minutes and then 20 minutes with no driver, no text or call. I finally called the dispatch number, gave my name and confirmation number and explained our driver had not arrived. I was put on hold for several minutes. It was long enough for me to know something was not right. When he returned to the phone, he apologized several times followed by some explanation about the driver not having us on the route (I don't see how that's possible since I received a confirmation from the driver 24 hours prior to pick up). I expected to receive a "we have someone else on the way now" rather than another "I'm really sorry" and then crickets. After arranging for another ride, I then got a call from an Execucar representative apologizing again and then offering to send another driver. On a positive note, my refund was already processed by the time I got home. I would think I would be given a nice discount for a future transport. It's unfortunate since I plan to visit the area yearly and would have loved a go-to transport service. read more

My wife and I visited a friend in Tampa with our kids a few weeks ago. I read all of the rental car nightmare stories about damage waivers and wait times. I didn't want to deal with. We had the luxury of using our friend's 2nd vehicle while we visited so we had an option not to use the rental car agencies. I found Execucar online and tried to research their Tampa location but couldn't find anything. All I found was California and New York stuff. We took the chance. I found a coupon and purchased a round trip Suburban trip from and to the airport. An excellent 1st experience. Larry, our driver from the airport, was waiting for us at the baggage claim. We had some small talk about him and us. He drove very well and took us to our destination without issue. Very nice guy. Our trip from the airport was just as good. Not sure what his name was but he was very polite. He arrived at the house 15 minutes early and waited patiently for us to finish up. Another eventless drive back to the airport. The price was about the same as if we would have rented a car but with none of the hassle. We were very impressed and had a great first impression. We will use them again when we go down in the spring. read more

Don't trust your flight arrangements to these guys. They have "NO SHOWED" me on two occasions. When you try to find out where your vehicles is they leave you on hold for 30 minutes. Call a cab if you have to get to St. Petersburg or Tampa Airport. read more

Had to cancel both cars our flight was changed and we arrived early, called to change time they had no available drivers so we had to cancel and scramble for another ride. Had them scheduled to pick us up to take to the Ft. Meyers airport got a text confirmation of the driver but when I tried to contact him went to voicemail. Called 1-800 number was on hold for 15 minutes transferred to dispatch sat on hold for another 15 minutes to find out the driver never left and they could not get a hold of him. Thank goodness for Lyft! read more

Ordered the SUV service from TPA expecting a "luxury" vehicle. It was a cheap cloth interior and not clean. Driver only had 1 bottle water and said me and my guest "could share it." Then for the return trip, I received a call 1 minute after the pickup time telling me the driver had "mechanical problems" and they could send out another vehicle to arrive in 45 minutes unless I "just want to cancel!" I don't believe the excuse and was very disappointed at receiving the call after the pickup time. I was able to get an Uber in less than 10 minutes to go from Holmes Beach to TPA for $40 versus the $148 ExecuCar had charged. I will not be using ExecuCar again and will recommend my friends and work colleagues (75,000 employees) don't either. read more

I have used execucar exclusively for 5years now anytime I travel from tampa. For the most part they have been reliable, courteous, and I had great experience. However, my last few reservations with Execucar have BEEN HORRIBLE. The last time I used them confirmation # 2202312 for a 8am pickup to the airport the driver never showed up to my house. He sent me texts he was outside and there was no driver to be found, I called the customer service number and was told initially he was 3miles away. Despite multiple calls asking about where driver was I ended up having to take my parents to airport myself and had to go to work late. On another occasion I had a driver fail to display the name at the airport resulting in a long wait to find the driver. So, after a long plane flight we waited an additional 15 minutes to find driver. We called the customer service number to find him and he got pissed off and rushed off to elevator and car without even offering to help my wife or kids with luggage. The last trip when my parents arrived the driver took them to the wrong address!....I will recommend just using the regular taxi or uber. read more
