Worst place in the world. Paid for emissions, but their machine is "broken". So I asked for my money back. The ignorant guy at the front said he was owner and wouldn't give me my money back!!! Can you believe that? Said he was the owner. I doubt that. Of course I got upset and he made fun of the fact that he would never give me my money back. Of course I got more upset and he started calling 911. These people don't care about what's right. They only wanted to keep my money. Went to my bank for the refund. Pick ANY OTHER EMISSIONS TESTER. Horrible business. Should close. And if he was the owner, he barely spoke English which makes it harder to believe. Where is the owner of this place? I took my Armada there today using them for the first time. I had an appointment and dropped it off right at 8:30 when they opened. They told me to expect it to take until 4;00, but they called at 3:00 saying it was ready. I have to say they had their hands full. I'd just come home from a week long deer hunting trip to Arkansas. I'd driven through mud at the deer camp and transported deer in the back. They did an amazing job. I honestly don't think it was this clean when I picked it up from the dealer brand new. I would definitely recommend them. Make and appointment and expect it will take them a while to do a thorough job. read more

I read all the reviews. The only reason I didn't give the five star was due to how long it took. The owners must have read the reviews because the noted problems were fixed except for the tv has acc instead of sec on it. My car looks good for an old one. This place is worthless, people. Don't waste either your time OR your money here.... I stopped in last week for pricing and such, and was told by the counter lady that if I come in early, I do NOT need an appt. I asked the question TWICE just to make sure. Well..... Go in this morning just after they opened, and I get some attitudy little fellow that tells me I need an appt! I told him what the lady standing next to him told me TWICE last week that I didn't need one if I came in early, and to cover her @ss in front of her boss, she said, "I never told him that." Riiiight...... I just showed up there with no appt with the goal of wasting my OWN time.... I have no use for people that treat me like I'm stupid. So that said, if these bozos can't even get their act together in the FRONT end of the establishment, I have serious doubts as to their competency in the BACK of the place. I came to get my car detailed inside and out, but I was highly disappointed. The inside was vacuumed, the door jams weren't cleaned, and my van didn't look a whole lot better. In fact, another customer was complaining while I was leaving. I was expecting good service since they had been there since 1986, and the car line was long. Poor customer service. Very rude employees. As soon as I pulled up they were rude to me. I've been going to this car wash for five years. It looks like new employees that I have not seen before. They did not care at all that I was going somewhere else. They could care less about customer satisfaction and politeness. They also refused to give me the owners name so that I could let him know how his business was being run.I went to a car wash down the street. They were much more appreciative of my business and much more polite. They also were cheaper and did a great job cleaning my car. I went to Washworks car wash in Kennesaw, which is on Cobb Parkway right down the street from Executive Detail. Be nice to your customers if you want repeat business. read more

I am never going there again. Every time I go, they are rude and the girl that sits at the desk doesn't even greet you. She just stares at you until you hand her the ticket and the money. She sat and ate a pizza while I was there today and seemed indifferent to everyone that came in. I sat for 2.5 hours wating on my car, which was just being washed and vacuumed. There were not that many customers there so not sure why it takes so long. They are over-priced for the work they perform. I will be taking my car somewhere else from now on. read more

I'm being generous by giving them one star. I took my car in to get washed back in February. The guy who scratched my car came in and told me what he had done. All I asked was to make it look like it did before I came in. Two weeks later when the paint came in I took it back up there to get it "fixed". It was definitely not fixed. I could still see the scratch. They told me I would have to come back and get them to fill it in a few more times. At this point I just wanted my car fixed. I called a few days later and asked if I could get an estimate and if they would take care of it. They reluctantly said yes. So I under the impression that they would take care of it after I got the estimate went and got an estimate. I never got called back so I called up there spoke to the manager and another guy multiple times. They refused to pay for me to get my car fixed. One even argued with me claiming I wanted a new door handle and all of this other stuff done to my car, Which was not the case the estimate was for the removal of the door handle and the cost to fix the scratch. After speaking with the manager I caved and agreed to let him fix it. I dropped it off and left only to return to a more noticeable circle of paint, it looked worse that it did before. Now instead of a little scratch it's this raised circle of paint that's bubbly. To make matters worse the guy who scratched my car comes out and proceeds to yell at me. I got in my car and was on the phone with the manager and this guy was still yelling at me while I sat in my car about how I can't even be thankful that my car looks better than new and how I was still mad over a little scratch. The manager still on the phone then tells me that he is done with me that I've pissed him off. I should have never trusted them with my car after the initial accident. I have asked to speak with the owner on multiple occasions to get this resolved and have never gotten a call. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I will say the rest of my car looks great but the scratch they caused is far worse. read more

This is the worst run company. If I could give them a 0 I would. I have nothing good to say about this bloody place. When I first pulled in, I had no clue what to do. I got out of my car and saw an older lady, a kid and a guy out back. I asked them, what do I do to get a car wash? She says, Oh Ill be at your car in one moment. She comes over and asks what did you want... Um Idk, I've never been here before. I pick and she hands me it then leaves. Do I just sit here in the heat? I saw someone behind me get out of his car and go in and I followed. I gave them 3 chances to correct many problems. The most troubling being that they knocked a notch into my driver door. My car WAS brand new when I got it... I had to get a dent some where.... but it was not a dent, They notch is small but so deep it went to the metal and the paint is gone there. I called on a Saturday, after the car wash, I was told they would review the cameras and give me a call back. Never received a call. Called again on Friday. Same story, Manager just left for lunch, he will be back in 30 minutes. NOTHING. Called again Today, Saturday 6/20/2015... please hold, I'll get him. She comes back, can he call you back in 2 minutes after he is done with this emissions.... 1 hour later and still no phone call. My car had yellow spots all over it after the car wash and there was black lines still on my car. Had to rewash my car. I will not be lazy anymore and just wash the car myself. read more

I went there as a matter of convenience I had plenty of time to kill and they did not look too busy. In trying to communicate with the girl at the counter was pointless. She was definitely Mrs. congeniality. I told the manager Victor exactly what I wanted. When they said they finished I looked at the car and they forgot to do half of what I asked them to do. Then they said they finished again I went back and had to do some touch up work again. Now I'm rolling down the road and I'm noticing the door jams we're not clean they did not even wipe the door panels. I called back up and Victor said to bring it back by and that he didn't take a look at it before it left? I asked him that does he have to inspect every job or he can't trust his people to do the right thing every time, consistently? I feel like I was robbed 69.95. They claim to have hand waxed it for that price but I am very doubtful since it only took 20 minutes and they took the car to the back where it could not be seen. I took my car in for a full detail. After they were through and drying, they drove it back to the wash area on their own and did the tires and wheels again! I noticed the sign in the wash area "Quality not Quantity". I believe they have it right! I was a happy camper!!! The lady inside was very helpful when I went in to decide which service level to use and pay. Nice clean place to use your computer or cell on wireless and to recharge if needed. last year I brought my boat in for a full detail, a found big scratches on the upholstery.. but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. this year I brought my boat in for a full detail at the end of summer. When I came to pick it up, I was extra critical of the work (the owner was quite put out with that ) I found some swirling scratches on the windshield that weren't there before. I watched about 3/4 of the video with the owner and he was going to double check and call me . never heard back. the windshield is going to cost me $500. Think twice! read more

I called them first to describe the interior condition of the vehicle, and I am told over and over that "it will look brand new when we are finished". After bringing it back twice, I never did expect "brand new", but I expected CLEAN. A "professional" detail shop, and they don't even have a steamer to get out tough dirt. This place is ONLY good for fluffing up an already clean car...and why pay $100 for that? No apology...no discount...not even a call when it was ready...the Manager only wanted to "win" the discussion...horrible people skills. Matt was the only bright spot. The other review posted about this place is exactly what happened to me- I called two days in advance and the lady told me to bring it before 1:00 that Sunday to just shampoo on the front to seats. Then when I get there the girl says she will check if they can fit me in, comes back and says they dont do upholstery cleaning on Sunday. So the story changed- I think they just didn't want to do the work that day - It looked like a bunch of teenagers running it and they obviously don't know how. Won't be going back there. read more

I have gotten my car washed here for a number of years and was always satisfied with the work and the staff. About a year ago they changed management and staff and it has constantly gone downhill since then. Most of the time I have to go find someone to check me in when I pull in to the lot. Then you go in to pay most of the staff is sitting back in the office chatting or on their cell phone with personal calls. I think there has been only one time out of at least 12 that I have not had to have them go back and take care of a messy job or something totally missed. I am looking for a new hand wash car wash and detailing business in the Kennesaw or Acworth area because I won't use Executive again. Oh, I forgot to mention they went up at least $5 on each service for the poorer workmanship. read more

this place is a joke, I drop my car off for a hand wash, wax and inside cleaned, I asked that my trunk be vac. out also. when I picked my car up several hours later it had only been washed no wax job trunk wasn't touched cup holders dirty and back floor not even vaccumed. hate to say it people but Auto Bell does a much better job for less money I would not recommend this place to nobody!!!!!!!! Only because I have no choice below a 1 star rating, otherwise I would rate it as a large negative number. I very rarely provide ratings, but this event today was so outrageous I had to let others know what they might run into at this dump. First of all, I made an appointment days in advance for a full detail on my wife's Escalade. The web states they open at 8am on Monday's. We arrive at 8 to drop our car off for a full detail only to find it closed. The hours on the door read that they open at 8:30am on Monday's. Okay, simple mistake. We run and grab a coffee and return around 8:30. The entire staff is showing up, standing around in the parking lot waiting on their MANAGER. He finally shows up after 9am. After he piddles around inside for a while another worker finally opens the front door to let customers inside. I explain to the manager, once he finally showed up at the front desk, my displeasure in having to wait for over an hour on him. His response "tell me about it". I then asked for a discount on the $220 detail they were going to do to my wifes's SUV and he said "I can't do that" with a smirk on his face. I proceeded to tell him what I thought about his customer skills and walked out the door. I will never set foot in that place again, which is too bad, because they used to be a really respectful business. Based on some of the other negative reviews, obviously something has happened in ownership and/or management that has really created a decline in their customer service. read more
