Bottom of the line car wash is $10, they did not take cash and then they asked if I wanted to tip the team. For what? I could have managed to work the screen myself by pushing the options I didn't need an employee or for the team member guiding me into the wash and spraying my car? Why do these places want tips for everything. After the wash we went to the vacuums which are only the skinny ones for your cracks. Not the easiest to clean floors and mats. Where is the normal car vacuum ? I couldn't find a towel to dry my car off get what the wash missed. I went and asked where the towels were in the spray to clean my windows and they told me that they do not offer that like most car wash. He said they could sell me a towel for a dollar. BEWARE! MY CAR GOT DAMAGED‼‼‼ The car wash completely damaged, my front bumper, and side bumper. My husband goes back there to file a police report and now the MANAGER basically said they are not liable. Police came to file a report, but the police said have been there plenty of times for damaged cars. It seems like this is a reoccurring matter for them to damage cars and not be liable for them. There are better car washes out there that provide towels and cleaning supplies to clean your car. I purchased the Titanium membership expecting premium service, but unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The brushes at the car wash scratched both sides of my new truck. When I spoke to an employee at the entrance, he admitted that other customers had reported similar issues with vehicle scratches. Hoping to resolve the problem, I spoke with the manager, who assured me that his regional manager would contact me to look at my truck within three days. However, a few days later, the manager called to inform me that my claim was denied. When I asked how a decision could be made without the regional manager physically inspecting my truck as promised, he said hi manager was not available. Now I'm left with noticeable damage and no resolution, forcing me to visit a body shop to cover expensive repair costs out of my own pocket. After this experience, I'll only use brushless car washes in the future. This was a very frustrating and costly experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. read more

Been through this wash prob 4-5 times now. Several employees standing around always, but no one has ever sprayed my car or run a scrub brush over it to prep it for the machine wash. They only want to take my card and operate the kiosk for me- I actually don't need help with that. But I would like help getting my car clean after paying to have it cleaned. Back window is always filthy, grill filthy, and ALWAYS stuck on bugs and bird poop left over after going through the wash. AND it's about $2 more than other places for a comparable wash. 1. Have never had any issues at this location- all of the automated stuff generally gets my car clean. I regularly get my car washed-- so if it was especially dirty that's on me-- not the car wash. 2. I like how this location allows the customer to clean their interior. the places downtown ONLY allow employees of Mister to clean my interior and sometimes my interior is left out of sorts when I get inside. I love being able to determine when the car is clean rather than trust someone who is just trying to clean the next car. 3. Unless every spot has a customer, the vacuum pressure is consistent. the best time to visit is not typically on Saturday, since that's a busy time, but during the week is usually best. 4. I have platinum service on the vehicle- and for only $30 a month I get unlimited experiences. you really can't beat these prices, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. 5. I keep my own towels and cleaning supplies in my car. Afterall, I recognize that keeping my car pristine is my responsibility, not the car wash. getting a free towel is a convenience but not a right. too many people think their privilege means their rights, and it's not the same thing. I was going in to wash my car as usual and an employee was standing at the kiosk. I went to put my card in and figure out what wash options I wanted. As I was looking the employee addresses me and I made a quick decision. Then he puts my card in the machine and pushes my choice into the kiosk. Then he asks me if I'd like to tip $1,$2,$5? I'm thinking for what? So naturally I give a $1 tip out of pressure. I would definitely tip if he vacuumed my car or something?! The staff is awesome and friendly! Michael (employee) usually greets me and is the only name I can recall. There was an elderly lady who got stuck on a curb nearby. Michael assisted her and was able to free the vehicle. I hope one day they will supply free rags and windex. read more

I have been to this place twice since it changed from AutoBuffs. I am less than impressed. For $20 my jeep still had dirty windows(and it didnt even have mud on it, it was just road dust) and they don't even pre wash your tires anymore. Also, the cars are fed through at a very quick pace and the wash took half the time it used to when it was the other place. I tried it twice but I doubt I will return. Not only that, but i have surface scratching from dirty water than was re-used without filtering first. Mister Carwash enticed us to buy monthly memberships and then dont maintain the place. The Smyrna, TN store has gone down hill. Following a good carwash you immediately have to drive threw one to two huge pot holes to exit the wash bay. A lot of good that does for a clean car. The car washers no longer brush the front or back of your car or put the wiper cover on. Your lucky to get a LITTLE bug spray on the front. Don't bother with the spot free rince. The blow dryer at the end now blows the water it sucked off your car right back on the windshield. Corporate asked me to call the manager about the decline and pot holes. This is the old Autobuffs (aka the red barn car wash). However, the new ownership no longer offers glass cleaner, air fresheners, bug cleaner spray, etc. included with a wash. You also now have to ask for towels from their office (like it's a big secret). Advice to the management: bring back the amenities or your business will fail at this location. read more
