I went here after being rear-ended because my insurance recommended them. At first, the repair…read moreprocess seemed great. They even dropped my car off to me. But I immediately noticed a creaking/rattling noise while driving. When I brought it back, both the general manager (Sabrina) and the mechanic admitted they heard the noise. But instead of fixing it, Sabrina dismissed it, blaming beads in my car door or sunglasses in the compartment--completely unrelated items. This sound never existed before the accident. After pleading with them to actually fix it, Sabrina lied to my face, claiming she "wished" she had heard the noise she originally admitted to. Their only "solution" was for me to come back if it continued. Of course it did. When I returned again, they brushed it off once more, this time blaming a previous accident that they wouldn't touch. They did replace one bolt, said that might be the cause, and still told me to come back again if I heard it. And yes--I'm still hearing it. This shop turned an already stressful accident into a nightmare. Frustrating, draining, and dishonest. Absolutely do not recommend.

I just don't understand how they're still in business or why anyone would ever choose to go to Safelite.. and this is the third time that I've had to use them because Geico seems to think that in California $40 an hour is good enough for a glass replacement. But that's a whole Nother story I could tell you about the time they wrecked all the stripes on my hellcat and had to replace the window three times and then still scratched my paint that they never fixed. On the day of the appointment, it was raining, so the technician called around 8:15 am to suggest me driving to the shop instead. The drive was short since I live nearby. It was easy to locate. There was plenty of parking. I went inside and got checked in. I sat in the lobby and there was only 1 other person waiting inside. I waited for about 45 minutes, then my windshield was fixed. The windshield looked great and was super clear. They also replaced my windshield wipers. I took the tape off the next day and haven't had any issues with it. Cons: One of the staff members inside was talking super loud the entire time I was there. Also, I paid $400 for the windshield repair, which is pretty steep. I wish I had called around first because other auto shops charged significantly less ($250-$300).

My new windshield by Fast Lane Auto Glass looks high quality and they made sure to match the same features as my factory windshield -- acoustic interlayer, rain sensor glass, tint, etc. Fast Lane Auto Glass is a home-based business that sends a truck out to your house. My windshield was replaced in under an hour and after one more hour of drying time it will be as good as new! Fast Lane's service was very friendly and efficient. I'd suggest calling ahead of your appointment time to check on the status of the driver, but otherwise my experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend them!
