My last experience involved the replacement of a Honda Sense multi-purpose camera. I purchased the OEM part ($900) and Sal was able to install and recalibrate my truck, even though the truck is lifted for $300 ($1,200 total). Dealer wanted over $2,200 and was unlikely to recalibrate a lifted truck. Sal is a genius in addition to demonstrating customer appreciation not found in most service/dealer locations.
