The nail that was in our Michelin tire.

Our Tesla 3 had a flat tire, and unfortunately there was no spare. We called AAA and the driver came. We wanted to go to Tire Kingdom, but he said they would not have our tire and suggested that we go to his facility. Later we found out that they did not have the tire either and had to order it. It was well over $100 more than what we were planning to pay had we gone to our preferred repair shop. I think the driver got a kick back for sending us to this particular repair shop. Why they have a contract with AAA is beyond me becauseI feel we were fleeced. AAA seems to be an honorable organization, but having this driver redirect our car to his facility seems simply dishonest. The driver is simply lied to us because both places would've had to order the specialty tire.I guess he was really intent on getting his kick back commission.

It was Friday afternoon they told me to bring it in or they could send a tow truck to get me.

We called roadside assistance and they sent a wrecker. Jose was the driver and arrived within 30 mins and very helpful. He tried everything first, jump the battery, messed with the security system and finally determined we needed a new starter. He towed my truck to Executive Auto repair for only $60. Shawn told me he would try to get a starter that day and have it put in so we didn't have to rent a car or get a ride. They installed the starter but unfortunately the starter was bad but good enough to start the truck so we went back to our campsite. The next morning a new starter came in at 10 o'clock and by 12 o'clock the auto shop had my truck running good as new. I really appreciated Jose and his quick response time and I appreciated Shawn working with us trying to get it done as soon as possible. Also it was at a fair price. I would use executive Auto for all of my needs if I lived in the area.

Because Gerber's lot was completely packed, I briefly pulled into the neighboring Executive Auto lot to access my car. What happened next was beyond unacceptable. The owner of Executive Auto deliberately blocked my driver's side door with a tow truck, leaving barely two inches of space. I had to climb in through the passenger side and exit through the back of his property just to leave. He then chased me down the street, screaming profanities and even calling me a vile name no business owner should ever utter to anyone. This behavior was aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when dealing with the stress of a car accident. I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with Executive Auto. Respect and basic decency clearly do not exist here.

Mike and his team at Progressive literally worked their magic - I cannot believe this is the same car- they helped me pick out new rims and completely detailed it - the headlights look brand new- actually the whole car looks brand new - I was very impressed by their knowledge and care to not take short cuts and do the best for the car. As a woman it's scary sometimes to go into car workshops - this company is highly professional and easy to do business with. Moving forward I will only use this company for the health of all my car needs.

A oil change for the first time visit and oil change and tire rotation now the second visit. When I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was about $175. I thought that was high, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a quick stop, fast and courteous service . I do hate to sit at the dealership for hours. They have 4 or 5 levels of oil service and I get the second level religiously not the premium. Everything was an add-on, removing the skid plates, 10-15 dollars each. I was told the plates block the mechanic from doing the oil change. Each plate has 10 or 12 bolts that have to be removed and then replaced. I've never had to have skid plates removed before The cost for the oil filter 10-15 dollars plus the oil 89.99 and 1 extra quart of oil, I have no idea what that charge was for an extra quart of oil Usually when I get a price for an oil change it's the complete job not à la carte. Service person said "you have the "big engine" which is a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine. This is My first 4 cylinder vehicle. This is the smallest engine vehicle I've ever bought. I've owned many automobiles in my time. My last three vehicles, one had. A 5.7 liter engine, the second vehicle had a 3.5 liter engine and the third vehicle had a 5 liter engine. I lost all three in the hurricane. I felt a little taken advantage of. So the oil change was about $125 and the tire rotation another $50 my best guess. I don't ever recall paying that much for an oil change and tire rotation.
