So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!-- that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said "no charge" !!! I gave her some "cross Pennie's" I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. Recently, I moved to Naples and was looking for a mechanic I could trust, and based on internet reviews, I decided to have them do a repair job that included adding two studs to a rotor that snapped off. The stud repair was completed, and pricing was roughly price 380, basically dealer cost. ok no problem so far. Next job, I ask them to check why the car was making a whooping sound while driving. After the initial investigation, they issued a work order that consists of 4 outstanding problems. Before having them check, I did some preliminary investigation on my own. Having a family auto business in New Jersey, I'm familiar with car issues. I want to know if they're an honest mechanic I can trust with my cars. The answer is NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!. After their evaluation, I took my car to another facility and paid to have them look at the issues noted in the central auto reports. With the understanding that I would also inspect my vehicle with them, which they agreed to. They were slow that day, so actually it was 3 of their mechanic and me under the lift going through the entire suspension system and evaluating the central auto diagnosis of car issues. 2 of the issues were legitimate, 2 were not. The 2 made-up issues to repair would have cost an additional $1036 to someone without my background in automotive. That's a lot of money that most people would have paid to have their car serviced there. I wish this review could have been positive, and I would have preferred not having to spend another 150 dollar to verify what I already knew. So my conclusion would be find someone else, keep your money in your pockets, not theirs. Richard

I arrived at 8:30 a.m. as scheduled and was told by an employee that the installer was running late. About 30 minutes later, I was told they would begin the installation anyway and calibrate the device later. After waiting until approximately 10:25 a.m., I was informed that the installer was not coming at all. I lost nearly two hours of my time and had to reschedule. My rescheduled appointment was on July 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Before leaving for the appointment, I called at approximately 8:19 a.m. to confirm that the installer was there and that arriving at 9:00 a.m. was appropriate. I was told everything was fine. Due to traffic, I arrived about 10 minutes late. After I arrived and began completing the paperwork with an employee, the owner entered the office. I greeted him, but he immediately became angry, raising his voice and stating that my appointment had been at 8:30 a.m. I explained that I had called that morning, confirmed the installer was present, and confirmed my arrival time of 9:00 a.m. The owner then asked whether I had a ride home. I said no because I had previously been told I needed to remain on-site to receive instructions. He then told me the installation would take all day, that my vehicle might not be ready until 5:00 p.m. or even the following day, and that it was a very complicated installation. When I mentioned that the installer had not shown up for my original July 2 appointment, he replied, "Yeah, that was me." Before I could continue, he began yelling at me, told me to "get the hell out" of his office, stated that he would not install the device, and continued shouting as I gathered my belongings to leave. During the exchange, the employee who had been helping me left the office. I felt intimidated and unsafe, so I left as quickly as I could. As I was leaving, the owner continued yelling additional unpleasant comments at me. I understand that schedules change and delays happen. However, there is no excuse for treating a customer this way. This experience was unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unacceptable. Because this is the closest Smart Start installer to where I live, I was disappointed that I was left without a nearby option. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when choosing an ignition interlock installer.

I was in Miami at the time and unable and unwilling to play delivery driver. Arranged for Goodyear across the street to pick up the truck. OK Auto released the wrong truck to them. Like someone else's truck was brought to Goodyear and I imagine that owner is unaware that ever happened. I brought a Goodyear mechanic to pick up the correct truck. OK charged me 85$ to remove a bolt. I have never experienced anything like this.

I was told car was ready in November but it was not. Found car outside with open hood and trunk, some disassembly including rear wheels off. I was ready later in December. Found deeper evidence in my shop at home afterward, that it had been outdoor during Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Insurance claim for damages was filed. Initial claim paid and remains open by Florida law for 5 years for adjustments. My main point is owner and manager lied to me and made promises Benz Connection of Naples didn't fulfill. They had no remorse or concern regarding Snowden's initially admitted delinquency causing damage. There was no offer to remedy, just denial. I waited another 45 minutes and called them back asking if I will have my car today? It's Friday and they are closed on the weekend. The manager Jeanette stated that the diagnostic should take a few days. Excuse me? Never heard such a thing. I stated I want my car back and to please just replace the fluids. She called me back with what I needed and offered a cooling system treatment for a special. I am not going back to this establishment. The lack of communication, upselling me without addressing my initial request to fix what I came in for. The same day went back as the air conditioner was still working intermittently. Now they said the compressor is not working properly. I will need a new compressor. They replaced parts but could not figure out the problem. I asked if they would give me a discount as they did not fix the first time but said no. They just lost a future customer.
