Because Gerber's lot was completely packed, I briefly pulled into the neighboring Executive Auto lot to access my car. What happened next was beyond unacceptable. The owner of Executive Auto deliberately blocked my driver's side door with a tow truck, leaving barely two inches of space. I had to climb in through the passenger side and exit through the back of his property just to leave. He then chased me down the street, screaming profanities and even calling me a vile name no business owner should ever utter to anyone. This behavior was aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when dealing with the stress of a car accident. I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with Executive Auto. Respect and basic decency clearly do not exist here.

Come to find out she had a slow leak coming from somewhere in the oil pan. Jeff and team did a good job of explaining where and what they found. Changed oil and suggested she hit the dealer when back home. Gave me the reassurance she wouldn't have an issue on the 3 hr trek home. Very happy with service and communication during the appt.

Mike and his team at Progressive literally worked their magic - I cannot believe this is the same car- they helped me pick out new rims and completely detailed it - the headlights look brand new- actually the whole car looks brand new - I was very impressed by their knowledge and care to not take short cuts and do the best for the car. As a woman it's scary sometimes to go into car workshops - this company is highly professional and easy to do business with. Moving forward I will only use this company for the health of all my car needs.

A oil change for the first time visit and oil change and tire rotation now the second visit. When I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was about $175. I thought that was high, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a quick stop, fast and courteous service . I do hate to sit at the dealership for hours. They have 4 or 5 levels of oil service and I get the second level religiously not the premium. Everything was an add-on, removing the skid plates, 10-15 dollars each. I was told the plates block the mechanic from doing the oil change. Each plate has 10 or 12 bolts that have to be removed and then replaced. I've never had to have skid plates removed before The cost for the oil filter 10-15 dollars plus the oil 89.99 and 1 extra quart of oil, I have no idea what that charge was for an extra quart of oil Usually when I get a price for an oil change it's the complete job not à la carte. Service person said "you have the "big engine" which is a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine. This is My first 4 cylinder vehicle. This is the smallest engine vehicle I've ever bought. I've owned many automobiles in my time. My last three vehicles, one had. A 5.7 liter engine, the second vehicle had a 3.5 liter engine and the third vehicle had a 5 liter engine. I lost all three in the hurricane. I felt a little taken advantage of. So the oil change was about $125 and the tire rotation another $50 my best guess. I don't ever recall paying that much for an oil change and tire rotation.

Pricing for repairs is totally out of control there. I looked around Naples to find someone with experience repairing Volvos and doing a good job at a fair price. I reached out to Artem, the owner of Naples Mechanics, and he offered a very fair priced estimate for the AC compressor work that I needed done. It's a shop that is owner operated by Artem and he is quick to respond to online queries and phone calls. He ordered the parts (which he says have a lifetime guarantee) and had me in and out in a couple of days over a busy Holiday weekend. The AC is nice and cold again, the car is running quiet and smooth as ever. All at a cost of about half of what the dealership quoted me. That is literally a couple thousand dollars of savings on this one repair alone! Looking forward to using this garage for all my Volvo servicing needs/repairs going forward. Thanks, Artem! I appreciate your honesty, fair pricing and great workmanship. Much appreciated. PS....just an FYI, this business is easy to find on Domestic Ave. in the Industrial Park region central to Naples (there are a few other repair shops in these buildings as well) and Artem literally doubled his garage space moving up to the front of the building that opens onto Domestic from the rear most space he previously had, over the Holiday weekend that he did my repairs. Very convenient parking right in front of the building, too.

When I returned home I pulled the dipstick and the oil was obviously not fresh. I called to point out the mistake, but they doubled down and the mechanic confirmed it was done. So I found Naples Mechanics and took it there and they confirmed I was correct. While the car was on the lift, the owner also pointed out that the central arm bushings were shot and that the rear shocks were leaking. I had been taking my car to the previous place for the past 5 years, so they had plenty of opportunities to identify these issues (I only do very low mileage each season), so I opted to have the work done by Naples Mechanics and was very pleased with the work done.
