I picked it up before taking to get altered, and the owner brought the dress to my car, saying she didn't want me to put wrinkles in it. I got to the alterations place and realized there were stains on the inside of the dress that were not there when I dropped it off to be cleaned. I called and explained this to the owner, who then claimed the stains were there when she received the dress and that she couldn't get them out. (They were in fact NOT there when I dropped it off, and if that were the case, why would she not say anything to me when I picked up the dress?) Now realizing the whole reason she walked the dress out to the car for me was because she didn't not want me to see the dress, I drove back to her business and demanded a refund. The full amount was $180, but she then refused to refund me the full amount, and took twenty dollars off for a shawl part of the dress that was detachable- which was NOT a separate charge on the receipt, but was included in the $180. So she essentially stained my wedding dress, lied about it, and refused to pay me back the full amount. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

I walk in and see them sitting around on their phones and circled up talking. I wouldn't care if I didnt get dirty clothes back repeatedly now. I finally got fed up and recently had my husband come and ask them bringing the clothing items back and they said it was due to the dress having a safety pin holding a piece of the dress together. If they couldn't do it for that reason, when I picked it up the first time I should've been informed and received a credit. It took my husband going and asking about it before they explained why it still smelled dirty / wasn't washed and they finally provided a credit. I'm convinced they don't actually clean a lot of the items. Sometimes things still have stains on it, then I clean it at home and the stain comes out. I don't recommend this spot, might be cheap but the service and quality is lacking. I'm probably one of the last people on earth that still wears suits for meetings. That means dry cleaning at least every other week. Suits are always properly cleaned, the press is excellent (this has been a problem for me elsewhere), but what most impresses me is their speed. I can drop off 4 suits on Wednesday, and pick them up on Friday for a trip. I couldn't get that kind of speed when I lived in a major city. Very polite service, and parking is generally pretty easy. I haven't used their tailoring service.
