I had one procedure done and was quoted three different prices. After discussing this with the manager, we scheduled another service based on his guarantee that he would make things right. The service was supposed to take 4-5 hours, but my vehicle ended up being in the shop for almost two full days. Parts had to be ordered, yet I was never called when they arrived, even though I specifically requested updates. When I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 AM for the second service, I again asked for a midday call so I could plan around pickup. No one called. I finally called at 3:00 PM and was told the wrong parts had been ordered and nothing had been done to my vehicle, leaving me without it for yet another day. I live quite a distance from the shop and requested updates multiple times, confirmed my number, and spoke directly with the manager, but I never received a single call. For simple oil changes they may be efficient, but for anything beyond that, don't expect communication and plan on being without your vehicle for at least a couple of days.

In October 2024, I went to a different oil change place (Take 5) in Niceville, as it was close to my work. They threw a fit about putting my skid plate back on, saying it would "take a really long time". I asked that they still put it back on and I was willing to wait. Fast forward to this evening, February 5, 2025, I went here to Express for an oil change. Everything was fine, Anntwon was friendly and a great help. Once they were done, the tech doing the oil change, Travis, came to let me know that 17 of the 26 clips holding on my skid plate were missing. I knew exactly what had happened, Take 5 took it upon themselves to put on the bare minimum and chuck the rest. Travis was kind enough to tell me exactly what to get from the auto parts store and told me to bring my vehicle back and they would put them back on for me. I SINCERELY appreciate his willingness to help clean up someone else's mess and to make sure I knew exactly what to ask for at the auto parts store. I will most DEFINITELY continue to come here and only here for my future services. The staff here are polite, professional, and most importantly I trust them. Drove to Destin on the temporary spare to have tire checked, all of that time worried that I might need a new tire Pep Boys was slammed when I arrived but they were able to check out and repair tire while I waited. Puncture was in tread. not the sidewall. Amazed that, when I asked the cost, I was told "no charge; have a nice day." Considering how busy they were mid-afternoon, I was very happy that someone was able to look at the tire. That they did so quickly and were able to fix it right away was great news. I thought by paying the premium price rather than Walmart I'd get better service. This is your Crestview Fl store. I have attached the invoice. We drove the RV home about 5 miles and everything seemed fine (the TPMS system must have been showing the old data). A couple of weeks later we got on the road for camping and about 20 miles into the drive we got the tire pressure alert. All four of the dully tires pressure dropped and did not come back on. I called and the receptionist who said it's nothing they did just have to take it to the Ford dealership. Not "bring back and we will have a look" just complete denial that they should have ran the TPMS relearn after the work was completed. After arriving at the campground 3 hours later. I noticed 5 of the chrome lug nuts that hold the chrome wheel simulator cover were loose and one missing. I tried to tighten them but the nut just spins. This is a 2025 RV so it's not like this is old equipment and the TPMS sensors failed. I would appreciate the shop fixing both problems because they are both a result of the tire change.
