After exhausting all routine care options, he opted to try a new higher grade graft. After three grafts, the wound has now healed. Dr Lazerson has provided good care and and has explained all the procedures and options as he went along. There was a possibility of failure as a previous graft from 2020 did not work out. We discussed all treatment options and why there was a previous failure. He assured me that the situation looked good for the current treatment and he was correct. I am very happy with this success.

I said I'm an existing patient, I used to see Dr Fleeter. That doesn't matter she says. And goes on to tell me they will have to re-schedule me since I have 30 min. of paperwork to fill out. I reminded her that I had waited at least 2 weeks for this appt and periodically checked for cancellations. My left heel is killing me, making it hard to walk. She refused to let me see Dr Beverly, even though there was NOBODY in the waiting room. Since they would not see me, and didn't care how much pain I was in, I left and WILL NEVER go there or any of their other locations again. If this same situation had happened with Dr Fleeter, he would have had me sit in the patient recliner, filling out the paperwork while he checked my feet. Big difference in attitude! They need to learn compassion and a little empathy!!

She was not friendly or welcoming at all and appeared as if I was bothering her when I was asking her questions about my paperwork. Her conversation with her coworker was someone was inappropriate as someone was cursing. I'm quite sure they knew that myself and the other lady sitting in the lobby could hear what they were saying. I am supposed to be seeing Dr. Neil Weisman. I've seen him once, the other doctor did an injection,…read moreand then my follow up was with a random nurse practitioner. She scheduled me for a follow up injection 5 weeks out, and the office was supposed to send in the paperwork to my insurance to get authorization. The office did not send my insurance the proper information, and on Oct 2, 2025, my insurance sent them a response saying they didn't send complete information. My procedure was scheduled on Oct 20 at 1015am. At 945am, the office called and said they canceled my procedure because they were having trouble getting authorization from my insurance. I called the office to complain about their last minute cancelation (my driver had used leave in order to drive me home, as required) and to ask if I could make a follow up appointment in the meantime to go over my pain management options, and also to make sure the office purple were actually sending in the information my insurance requested. When I called I was admittedly on the verge of tears, and the woman who answered not only lacked any sympathy or empathy, but she threatened to hang up on me, and I asked her to let me speak to a manager instead. I was blunt, trying to hold back tears, but I did not insult her, nor did I use any foul language. The office workers not only filled out my insurance authorization requests incorrectly, but they let it sit in the office for 18 days, and canceled 30 minutes before my procedure, giving me no follow up and no further information. Then, when confronted about it, they shut down and hang up. This is unacceptable under any standards for patient care, and I really hope the phone call was recorded so the manager can hear it. An emotionally distraught patient who is frustrated and looking for help or answers should be well within the parameters of care for a receptionist handling the claim of that patient. I have no way to contact my doctor as she forwarded me to the office manager who is not in office. Communication is abysmal, and they need more training on how to file for authorizations, and then respond to the patient in a timely manner.

He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly. Whether you're an athlete, coming off of a surgery or just needing guidance with an unknown injury, the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates are a fantastic option for support.
