I had been using the weekly service for about a month or so and considered that a phase where the employees get to know my home and expectations and where I learn what to expect as well. However, my cordial feedback (e.g., please clean this or that next time, xyx was missed) was not well received and I was told that it wasn't a good fit for my family. This took me by surprise as I was very satisfied and thought that once the tweaks were worked out, I would have less and less feedback and everything would be smooth sailing week to week (as I have done with other companies in the past). After speaking with the owner I was under the impression that we were clear to continue services. She showed up ready to work the following week as I was rushing to drop my kids off to school and I let her know that I was heading out. I arrived back home to find no one there and my home not serviced. Access was not an issue as they were provided with a private entry code to my home. I attempted to contact the company to no avail. They have not communicated with me whatsoever. As a client who paid for each service in full and tipped as well, I am shocked and saddened at how I was treated. I am a busy working mom. I didn't deserve to be disregarded in this manner. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company unless you are okay with not getting what you pay for and not speaking up about it. * Updated to add that my family never asked for discounts and paid the going rate that the company asked for at the initial walk-through. We would've gladly paid a higher rate if it was communicated to us that our expectations required it. They never asked. Parting ways is not the issue, it is the sheer lack of communication and professionalism that remains bizarre. I'm also posting a screenshot of the so-called disrespectful and less than human treatment.
